I went to Seybold building to look for a specific luxury watch and I came to see the exhibition of Diamond Club. I saw the watch that I was interested in and took a picture with my phone.Instantly, someone from inside the store - my guess, it was the owner - came out and asked me why I took a picture. I explained I was looking for the best deal in that model. He told me to erase the picture right away and he asked me to whom I was going to send that picture. He had a very arrogant attitude and he was kind of trying to intimidate me.I turned away and I bought the watch from another store across the hall. The staff at this other store was extremely friendly. They never told me anything before for taking pictures of the watches I was interested in.I understand that some luxury watches have a serial number and pictures are not allowed from a CLOSE distance but I can not understand why I could not take a pic of a watch from outside the storefront. The was no signage anywhere indicating that pictures were not allowed.I do not recommend Diamond Club Miami. Their customer service is very poor. You can buy luxury jewelry in many other places around, but definitely stay away from this one.

My husband & I returned to the Diamond Club, Miami, FL SeyBold Building where Gary, Nadia, Mark & Boris were absolutely amazing . Not only did they reset my beautiful engagement ring and wedding band . They took my original wedding band and made it into an eternity necklace for sentimental reasons of course. They were happy to do it. They also replaced a diamond from my 7 year old diamond tennis bracelet at no extra cost because we originally bought it there. we buy all of our jewelry from them. I would recommend anyone to go see them . It’s always an absolute pleasure where they treat all their customers like family.

I actually havent shop in this store, but i had rolex watch that i wanted to adjust the band. It was 5pm, they were about to close the store but owner anyway took his time and adjust my watch. He didnt even took money from me. Very friendly and nice people.

In my last hour in Miami before our flight home to the UK a random guy led me to this shop where I found a very rare Rolex Batman GMT II. Very competitive price and the staff were great. This is my first rolex so was a very nail biting moment but the guys in the shop put me at ease. Definately recommend this shop to anyone who knows their watches.

My fiancé and I stopped in here, briefly, today while shopping for wedding bands. We saw a couple of mens bands in the window that caught our eyes. We went inside and asked the clerk if we could see some of the mens wedding bands and he replied No! Obviously this place is ran by anti-gay Russians. If you like supporting businesses like this feel free to shop here, if not Id stay away. We went further into the diamond market and found a great store called Buchwald and they were very nice. We both found the rings that we like. Shame on Diamond Club, if they dont want gay mens money then its their loss, ha!
