This is my favorite Ice cream in Miami. First time at this new store. We went last night and it was packed. Quality and texture of the ice cream as always, expectational. However, the service could improve. Only few workers, no napkins available.If you ask for water they give it to you in a cone shaped cup that breaks, I suggest to change it to a regular plastic cup. A small detail like this, makes a difference.

Heaven, this was heaven and the ice cream was excellent. The combo I got was an ice cream mix of cake batter and salted caramel, mix in heath bar with hot fudge on top and this is the recipe for heaven. For me at least. I wish I wasnt just visiting the area, Id be back often.

I came here one month ago, walked in at 9:40 pm, waited in line for five minutes, then a young male rudely told me I had to leave because they had already made the “cut off.” (9:45 pm). Walked in today again. Walked in at 9:40 pm again and was rudely asked to leave because store was already closed (closing time is listed as 10:00 pm). I understand walking in right at closing time but this is ridiculous. Lost my business twice and will not be back. Luckily there are many other dessert options next door.

I am so happy to have this new Chill-N close to downtown!! This is the best Nitrogen ice cream I know. I love it. Excellent service!

I do not do ice cream BUT when I do.. it has to be Chill-N! So creamy and amazing variety of toppings & add ons. Always pleased! Highly recommend adding Biscotti as one of your toppings!

This ice cream is awesome and the staff is super friendly and agreeable. But yeah the ice cream is amazing. Creamy but not super melty or heavy like gelato. I always get the coconut milk flavors. Please open a location in Tampa!

ChillN is hands down the best ice Cream in town! I was beyond excited seeing that a new location in Coconut Grove was opening. Not only was the grand opening this weekend yet they handed out free ice cream alllll weekend. Such an amazing way to kick off being the new kids on the block. Staff was so friendly and ice cream is unbelievable. ChillN makes no bad moves and I’m so excited for more success to come their way! Keep up the great work!
