The icecream presentation is great. Frice is located in The Citadel, which is an indoor food court. There are a variety of cuisines from pasta to sushi. The space is very kid friendly

I have known about this place, but never visited until recently. My brother and I really loved it! We got the banana split and brownie sundae. Would come back again!

Ok let’s talk ice cream. This little gem is hidden inside The Citadel Food Court building. I’ve now been able to have a full scoop of these ice creams: Key Lime Pie .... absolutely incredible. And for those that know me they know I never mix chunky with my smooth when it comes to deserts... but this has graham cracker crust mixed with it and amazingly I don’t mind. The Banana Creme is great. The Mint Chocolate Chip.... jimmanychristmas this was fantastic!! The Vegan Passion Fruit was great! And last but not least the Flan which had a great caramel taste. I do not have a favorite but it was certainly fun (I had them all in separate bowls to keep the flavors true, yes I’m weird) going from the Key Lime to the others with such a shocking tart taste. Ah, my exciting night out in Miami 😐

The ice cream was very good and I very much appreciated how well it held up to traveling. While the flavor selection was refreshingly interesting, the classics like the cookie dough were also well executed. It is definitely worth visiting. However the person that served me that day was not very personable, and it strangely ended up being somewhat uncomfortable, which is not how you want to feel when buying ice cream. I am not a local, and had never been to The Citadel before; I have no idea when any of the shops open, and I did not see any signs indicating hours. Maybe Im oblivious, but my partner who I was with didnt notice hours either. A closed or open sign would definitely help, because we felt very awkward when told that they wouldnt be open until 12. It was 11:51. If 9 minutes genuinely makes or breaks the workflow of a small ice cream shop, I apologize. I even understand it. Customers can be extremely annoying, especially when you need to work unhindered. I do not want to come across like I deserved or wanted to be served early. The hours did not bother me, but I would not be surprised if this would have deterred another customer from returning upon opening. Even upon returning around 12:30, I didnt get any sort of response from the person working the counter that didnt make us feel like a nuisance. Unless this person was just having an off day(in which case, again, I apologize), the employees seem like they need more support in some way. This is a 4 star review to give the benefit of the doubt to someone who seems to work very hard, and because I really enjoyed the product and the brand. I love the logo and the abnormal flavors. The quality of the product deserves the same level of customer service.

Drive Cream is located in the Citadel which features a lot of other eateries. It was our first time and we decided to try the Passion fruit and almond brittle and the chocolate hazelnut crunch. I enjoyed a scoop of each but the passion was incredibly delicious. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Frice Cream tonight, all the flavors were delicious (yes! They do samples!) and many creative flavors as well. I ended up getting mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone. This was the best mint ice cream I’ve had. The flavor was natural, no artificial flavorings, but from mint leaves and the chocolate pieces were large, generous and delicious. Not overly sweet like some places and it also tasted very fresh. Sometimes if ice cream sits too long it starts to taste like the freezer, not at Frice Cream! Only fresh, natural, perfect ice cream. The waffle cone was also excellent and the owner was equally pleasant to chat with. There are also gluten free, nut free and vegan options as well. All in all, it’s a great addition to the Citadel! Will definitely be back.

I’ve been a fan of Frice Cream since I first tried their sorbet at a restaurant years ago. Their shop at The Citadel doesn’t disappoint! I ordered a vanilla banana cake for New Year’s and everyone loved it. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I love this ice cream soooo much! Both of the owners are super kind and they come out with the most creative flavors that you can’t even find at your supermarket! Definitely check this place out if you want to try something new! My favorite ice cream that they make is the Strawberry Elderberry Sorbet and those usually sell out super quick! Frice ice cream is free from any food coloring and artificial flavoring which makes these ice creams taste fresh and delicious. 🍦🍨They also make their very own waffle cones, brownies and cookies which is definitely an added plus :)

The ice cream was delicious! Just needed another person on staff because it was only 1 worker and last night was busy.

Some of the best ice cream in Miami, if not the best. Very creative flavors with ingredients that work so well together. Full of flavor and not too sweet. Perfect texture and serving temperature so great attention to details. If you love ice cream definitely try this place, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

We visited this establishment on Valentine’s afternoon. The young lady at the counter was very nice and professional. We ordered two cookies and cream milkshakes. They give you such a nice size milkshake for your money. Also they provide lactaid pills for free for the customers. The employee suggested we take the lactaid before we eat the milkshakes which we did. The milkshakes were so delicious with whipped cream on top, and such a great addition to our meal at manjay! I would definitely recommend this establishment if you visit citadel food hall in Miami.
