They were closed yesterday and now closed today. Theyve been closed everyday for the past month. If you dont plan on opening, just shut down your business because its not fair to customers. Youre never open and tell other people that you did a deep clean or that its because of your emplyees schedules. Which narrative is it?

This place was amazing! At the time the person helping us was so sweet and knowledgeable about the establishment. Im glad we got her on her last day there. They did not have the waffle with the icecream but we did get the icecream rolled with different toppings in the inside and out. It was so thin and smooth. I fell in love with my flavor. I am definitely going back and hoping to get my waffle base with the icecream that I enjoyed! Super excited!!

I really like their ice cream and tea but the past two times Ive gone, they were closed when it said they were open when I checked on Google My Business. Mr. Cool Ice Cream is CONSTANTLY changing their hours on Google my business and they never have a consistent schedule. One day I check and it says theyre open on Thursday and the next day it says theyre closed on Thursday. I check to see if theyre open on Saturday which they almost always are, and now all of a sudden theyre closed on Saturday and open on Sunday? This inconsistency is unprofessional and unreliable. I have to flip a coin everytime Im going to go because I never know if theyll actually be open. Please decide on your actual opening hours instead of changing your hours and days constantly on Google my business. Its normal if your hours change because of holidays but your hours and opening changing everyday is not normal.

Only leaving a three star review because I havent been able to order anything. Stopped by Monday twice and they were closed. Checked the schedule on here and it says Mondays theyre closed.Cool. Was gonna stop by today and the schedule now says theyre closed Wednesdays... I called, no answer. Sent them a msg on FB asking for a schedule. I just wanted some tea because I heard its amazing. 😕

Every day they’re closed. they said they would be open today at 4 and now it says tomorrow it’ll be open at 4 and we all know tomorrow it’s not even going to be open. this has been happening for like 2 weeks smh.

Very clean spot! They have a variety of flavors and you can customize your order. I got the Nilla ice cream. Great ice cream quality, it was smooth and didn’t melt fast.

There hour are 4-11pm. Was here at 10:06pm and they are close. Will try to give them another chance another day.

Friendly service, but I ordered a waffle cupWith 3 scoops. The scoops were the smallest scoops I’ve ever seen at an ice cream place for almost $6. Not coming back

Went here for some boba tea, got an original milk tea with tapioca boba which was average and the rose milk tea with mango boba which was amazing. Will definitely go back for the latter, highly recommend it. Staff was really nice and helpful while serving as well.

Bubble cone isn’t actually a cone they just put it flat in a dish. Nothing like the pics. Stale toppings. Paid $10 just to throw the whole thing out.

Watered down artificial Bubble Tea, with a terrible chemical smell in the whole place, possibly coming from the laundry/dry cleaner next door. I ordered what I thought would be a strawberry Bubble tea, but it was a light pink chemical artificial tasting thin liquid that almost looked like watered down latex paint. Plus the bathroom had the soap dispenser taped so you could only get 1 tiny drop of soap. I had to wash my hands after the watery tea splashed on me as I tried to get the straw in the cup. I also felt that the staff was almost forcing me to order. the walls had chipped paint and the place is broken down with bad mismatch furniture trying to disguise the collection of free furniture and a permeating chemical smell.

This place has amazing Ice Cream! Their bubble cones are so incredibly fluffy and the ice cream is delicious with tons of flavors to choose from!

Came here with two others after having a nice dinner to fulfill a sweet tooth craving. Their speciality is rolled ice cream and Asian boboa teas, though they also have some Asian snacks like gyoza if you dont want something sweet. The staff was immediately friendly and great at explaining how the menu worked. You choose a base which is what will be within the rolls then pick up to three toppings. I believe that all of the cups are around $6 which is a good deal considering how much icrecream and topping they give you.I got the Chocorilla as a base which was chocolate, oreo, and banana with my 3 toppings being coconut, strawberry, and cheesecake. I absolutely loved it! My boyfriend went with the Morning Latte base which is coffee and condensed milk, adding pretzel, kit kat, and oreo. The coffe was superrrrr rich so if you love coffee flavor this is the one for you! My friend went with the Mr. Peanuts which was sweet cream, peanut butter, and pretzel. I assumed it would have a very heavy peanut butter taste but it actually was quite subtle so you could dress it up to be what you like. I liked this one the least out of all three.All in all I thought it was very tasty and well priced so if I was in the area with a hankering for something sweet Id come back!IG: @KFitzEats

This place is always amazing.the staff is super friendly and the prices are GREAT.i go at least once a week and sometimes more.my favorite thing to order is a large taro milk tea with lychee boba. ive also gotten the matcha flavor which was good as well.their rolled ice cream is also amazing. they have a huge selection of toppings to choose from. i like monkey business with matcha pocky, mini mochis, and lychee boba.

Terrible i drove 30 min to try this place out. Upon waiting for my order and my cousin order i explain to the lady im missing one more bubble tea. The guy comes at me so unprofessional and starts telling me off. Please dont come here save your money and time and I would rate them a 0 but I cant.

Comprehensive build-your-own menu including Ice cream rolls, bubble waffle and bubble tea menu. Also standard menu to pick from. I came for ice cream and was not disappointed! Built a warm fluffy bubble waffle cone stuffed with cookies-n-cream ice cream with nutella spread inside the bubble waffle cone and topped with Oreo, Kit Kat and Pocky sticks! What isnt there to love?! Yum!!

First time going there. Had an Oreos Secrets. Its a pretty nice establishment. If you like places like Cold Stone Creamery or SubZero then youre sure to like this place. They make the ice cream right in front of you and have a pretty nice assortment of toppings from candy, chocolate, sauces, and fruit. I have to give a highlight about the milk that they used. I think it was some kind of whole milk because the taste of it is pretty rich. The employees were respectful and the atmosphere of the place was calm.

This is my first time coming to this place and I don’t regret it. There are many options to choose from in ice cream bases, mixers, and toppings. I got the New York Style and it was delicious! Also, the service is great! Definitely recommend!!
