NOT RECOMMENDED! Their quote included more than $1,600 in unexplainable fees. They charged me for: taxable fees (there was an additional tax charge included in the quote), dealer handling fee, and dealer fee. They cant explain in detail a description of their fees or justify how they got those numbers. They refused to negotiate, and lost a customer. Dont be fooled, what they are doing is illegal.Florida Statute Section 501.976(16) explains:the dealer cannot legally add to the advertised price any additional charge for services performed before delivery, such as those for preparing the car or the documents necessary for the sale process to occur. If there is a line item listing any such charge in addition to the advertised price, tell the dealer to take it out as it is violating the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. Also, just like the price of the car, the price of dealer prep (or whatever your car dealer calls it) is negotiable.There will always be businesses (like this one) which take advantage of consumers. However, it is much harder to take advantage of an educated consumer who knows what is or is not permitted as a business practice.
My first oil change was done by professionals and with the best possible quality. Very positive experience and I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
Luis Maldonado was very rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. He asked me, if I thought the dealership was a nonprofit organization. Then he told my husband and I we were wasting his time. I will never do business at South Motors Infiniti again. I’d rather take a road trip and take my business outside of Miami.
The WORST customer service! Salesman Orlando insulted and accused me of lying when I told him I was pre approved for an auto loan at the rate I was approved at. He even went as far as calling his connect on speaker phone at the bank to prove to me that I wasnt approved at the rate I told him. He ended up embarrassing himself because the person confirmed EXACTLY what Id just told him. I knew at that moment he was NOT getting a sale from me. They also tried to offer me crumbs for my trade in. DONT buy or trade with them! Weeks later someone called me to see if I was still interested in buying one of their cars, I explained that I went to a different dealer and explained what they are offering and asked if they could beat it and the person ended up hanging up the phone on me. Then a couple days ago someone else called back again like they didnt hang up on me a few days prior asking if I was still interested in trading in my car. I called them out for their lack of professionalism and the person still had the nerve to tell me that I wasnt hung up on. The audacity is running rampant at that dealership! THE WORST! RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK!
Sam was the absolute best! He was 100% down to earth and absolutely honest. He went way above and beyond getting my wife the best deal in whatever vehicle she was interested in. I would recommend Sam to everyone regardless of what kind of vehicle you want.

I leased a brand new car 2021. The very first month, I started having problems and had it fixed at least 4 times. The car is still not working. The guy who sold me the car left after few weeks. I I am a woman and a nurse. I am taking care of everyone and no one at Infinity is ready to help. I am desperate and wish that people would think twice before buying or leasing any cars at Infiniti. Saturday, I have to bring it back to be fixed again. Infinity cars are not reliable.

During a recent purchase of a Q50, I was lied to on multiple occasions. Mr. Orlando Torres proceed to tell us anything to increase his chances of selling the Q50. The first lie explained that we had run flat tires, which is why they refused to give us a spare tire, unfortunately we had to find out the hard way when we caught a flat in the middle of the night, with no spare. He then proceed to tell us that we have 2 free oil changes when we purchase the vehicle, turns out that was another lie. After calling and explaining our situation they told us there is nothing they can do to help us. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

If I could I would give 10 stars for a great customer service at Infiniti. When we walked in to trade in our lease to a finance Eric was great, super helpful he walked us through the car features and explained everything, always with a nice smile and great attitude. We asked for a test drive and he promptly assisted us with that as well. Also Adam the manager was a great help, we dont have the best credit and Adam and Ricardo the financial manager literally did everything on their power to help us and made sure we got a great deal on the car. What I specially liked is that they did not at any time pushed anything, super honest, they really care about customers not only money. Not to count that Adam helped us and gave us credit advice without charging a penny for it. We got a used 2015 Q50 and at anytime they treated us differently because of it. Were super happy and pleased with our new car, the car runs super smooth and it looks brand new. Ill for sure be going back to the dealer to buy a future car and I do recommend the dealer and the brand to anyone.Thank you Ricardo, Adam and Eric, we truly appreciate all your help!
I had a problem with my CPO 2015 q50, my transmission went bad, I called the dealer, Infiniti pick up my car, dropped off at the dealer, they gave me a loaner and they fix my car under warranty. Im very satisfied with Roberto customer service and South infiniti as well.

After traveling from Tampa to Miami for a specific vehicle, my experience at this Infiniti location turned out to be unfortunate. Lies unfolded months after the purchase of my q50. I was told unnecessary lies about having special run flat tires and being told I would receive two free oil changes throughout my first year with the vehicle. All things that seemed to boost the sell but when put to the test seemed to fall through. After catching a nail in my tire I was brought to the realization that I in fact had ordinary tires without a spare tire . The same disappointment followed when I tried to receive the oil changes that was discussed during the sell. As I called and explained my concerns to my salesman Orlando Torres, he proceeded to tell me that he could not recall the things that were said during the transaction as he speaks with many people. When given the opportunity to turn a bad business deal for the better, Orlando’s efforts were another disappointment. I say all this to say, check your facts before purchasing from this location.

Ask for RAFAEL!! I have bought luxury vehicles before, but I’m new to Infiniti. I went in knowing nothing about what I might want. I was greeted by Rafael Morales. I told him I had no idea what model, because I had never been in an Infiniti. He asked just a few simple questions and directed me to a few options. I won’t lie, I have always hated car shopping... But he was so nice and engaging and asked questions that made me feel like he actually cared about my preferences. He listened to every concerned and help provide legitimate solutions along with alternative options. I’m in sales, it was so refreshing to see someone who cares about you making the right decision and who wants to be a great resource of information. My first research visit, I was leaving, he gave me material to read at home and made himself available for all my questions. I was not expecting all of this info! I have got to brag, he knows his product, super profesional, and genuinely a good person. I will be back for another car with Rafael and send family his way. Thanks again Rafael.
All I have to say is Alejandro and Marcello are AWESOME!!! I was in desperate need of a new car after mine was totaled in a car accident. These guys made my car buying experience exceptional and Marcello got me a great deal on my financing which was so good even my credit union couldnt believe it. And not only did they treat me well during the purchasing process, Alejandro kept in touch with me after to follow up and make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Not to mention he got me a really great deal on my auto insurance. I will definitely be back to puchase my next vehicle with them next year!
Buyers beware if you are not ready to buy a car with blinders on no question asked do not come to this dealer. Went in to look at a QX60 and had the displeasure of working with Rafael Morales. It all started really cordial however after we showed little interest in the most expensive car on the lot and preference for a more economical but yet still nicely equipped model his interest started to wean. After reviewing the pricing we wanted to look at other brands/cars before committing since after all this was the first car/dealer we had been to, Rafael became hostile and flat out said we were wasting his time.Conversation got a little loud and hostile in the middle of the showroom but the Sales manager was not even bothered enough to check in on us or what was going on.We later got a call from a lady trying to check in on where we were with our car search and when I shared the above with her she said someone would get back to me and 4 weeks later I am still waiting for a follow-up.We ended up indeed leasing the Infinity QX60 with the exact configuration we wanted, albeit from another dealer very close to that one (infinity of Coral Gables) which made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and continuously have gone above and beyond.

I have had 3 vehicles with Infiniti, never had any issues and was happy with costumer service and attention with clients. Took in my car last week for 1st service had the worst experience from check in, check out, to call back after my inquiry. Left having to pay for services I was told was included in the 1st service and broken rosary that was hanging from rear view mirror. Its not about the money nor the rosary. Its about being human and informing the client. Things happen and i understand. I have no problem paying but please inform me, the person at cashiers office just shrugged her shoulders and said well I dont know you have to pay it. Didnt even so much as offer to contact manager. I am very disappointed. There needs to be more attention to the client and better service recovery. Person that contacted me was very cold and dry. This will be my last vehicle with infiniti.

Having moved to South Miami a few years ago and taking my car to be serviced here multiple times I thought I would give them a shot to earn my business on my next lease. All was well until we sat down to do the numbers. That is when I quickly realized and I dealing with a company that did not value their clients. After being shown multiple monthly payments I kept asking how we arrived at these totals to which Juan Carlos told me, It doesnt matter. I dont have time to explain the dealership magic about how we calculate payments. With that statement insulting my intelligence and not answering simple questions such as, what is the residual value? I was done. I highly recommend for everyone to avoid this dealership and go anywhere else. There are other Infiniti dealerships in Coral Gables and North Miami that both have much better customer service. I encourage you to try both of those locations before even thinking of stepping foot in here.

Once again, Ron delivered the ultimate VIP experience in leasing my second Infiniti. However, this time, somehow, he managed to outdo himself. I have never before worked with someone so willing to go above and beyond to make the process of returning my leased vehicle and leasing another vehicle so easy. I actually did not even have to leave my home or office. Ron arranged for my vehicle to be picked up at my office, serviced, and was present for the lease inspection. After months of searching for the right vehicle for my family, I finally purchased an SUV from South Motors last week. I am so grateful of the service that we received from our salesman, Scott Lyn. He was patient and understanding of our needs and wants. He even went out of his way to get my 5 year old daughter something to eat due to the time I was there because of my indecisiveness. I will now forever be a customer of South Motors Infiniti because of the excellent customer service from Scott, Adam and Steve. I highly recommend this facility.

It was a very disappointing experience!Yesterday, Nov. 18, 2019, I had a bad experience when I was trying to trade in my car, a 2017 QX60 lease, for another car of the same brand After contacting one of the online customer service, Jessica W. and her online sale manager, Jorge to be able to use a current car incentive on my new lease contract.They were initially answering some of my questions, before my schedule appointment at 1:00 P. M. on same day, and They offered me a down payment amount and a $399.00 monthly car payment, but when I got to the dealership none of the previous agents answered my phone calls or texts.They were not professional enough to answer my calls or my texts!I ended up with a new salesperson who did no do much in reaching an agreement on the sale.The deal you mentioned of the $2400.00 down payment and $399.00 a month was never a choice.Therefore, I will find another dealership from now on.Thank you for your lack of commitment and communication on this matter and for making my experience so unpleasant.Rafael Ramos.

Honestly Robert Piedra is the best service advisor I have ever had!!! I have had 3 Infintis and worked with him for over 9 years and honestly I think I drive an infinity just because of Roberts service!
I must say that Michael at the service department at South Motors Infiniti was great. Michael took care of my wifes car and offered me a loaner so I wouldnt have to wait for the car. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great job Michael.
