Nick and his crew do a great job. They replaced the blade clutch assembly on my Honda lawnmower. Parts arrived the next day and the lawnmower was ready for pickup on the following day. I’ve had horrible experiences with lawnmower repair shops in South Florida, but All Dade Lawnmowers did a fantastic job. Highly recommended for future repairs and service.

Brought a Go Kart for them to fix since it was a small engine. All other lawnmower shops wouldnt even look at it. These guys took care of it in less than an hour, answered all my questions, were extremely professional and knowledgeable. These guys are great at what they do and have a large selection of lawn maintenance equipment from what I saw.

Ive spent thousands here for my Landscaping company and Im never going to spend another dollar here. I was given the wrong blades (by the owner himself)for my lawn mower (that I purchased here as well). After noticing that something was off I realized I had been given the wrong blades. When I went in to correct the issue and after wasting my time going back and forth I was told by the owner that mistakes happen and all he can do for me is give me a discount on the ones I should have gotten in the first place. It wasnt the amount but more the feeling of being un appreciated as a Customer. I asked him if for something that was clearly his mistake he would be willing to lose a customer. He replied with Ive got plenty other customers and have done alright so far and that losing me would not make any difference to him . Claiming that I was being difficult. Only thing difficult is finding small businesses that value customers. Id rather close my business than spend another dollar at this place!!!! Ill take my business online or elsewhere. Very sad but Karma catches up to you sooner or later.

Their prices are extremely competitive but it’s the service that I received whenever I’ve had a problem that makes me loyal to this business. The owner and his son always take your phone call, speak with you professionally and help resolve any and all issues every time. Brought my broken generator at the last minute before hurricane dorian. Although they had a lot of work pending they told me to come back early the next day, and would assure me it would be fixed the same day. They kept their word, and now i’m prepared should the hurricane come.

I would not recommend going to this place at all!!!!I would rather buy a mower from Winn-Dixie than to shop at this place. I was being helped by this guy who thought he knew it all!!! Come to find out, he had no Idea what I was asking for..... Well then I stand there wait, and walk around patiently waiting and waiting. Then 10 mins later, I hear the guy tell me “OH... Sir WE don’t have it!” I was like “ What do you mean!!!?” He said yeah my computer said we have it but we don’t have it!!!! Guy was unapologetic and didn’t give 3 F’s about it. I was just passing buy trying to buy a belt for my mower and happend to be driving south from an Orlando trip and looked up mower shops near the turnpike. WORST shop is S. Florida if you ask me. On the phone they have everything in stock!!!! What they did is just got my blood pressure up and their ratings down 1 star Business.Of course you don’t know who I am!!!! I only been there once and never again!!! That’s all it takes to see bad service. Careless when it’s your mistake!

I ordered through the internet and expected the part right away since it did not say it was back-ordered. It took nearly 3 weeks for the part to arrive and by then I had sold the tractor. Promptly returned the item and verified it was delivered a month ago and no credit has been received yet even though the web site return policy says the credit will be made within 10 business days. No way! After several Emails, Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau today as well.

I went in in need of a new water pump for pressure cleaner. The guy at desk of the bat tells me a cheap chinease pump will cost $150 not including install. Its not hard to put on 4 bolts. Anyways i tell him thats way too much and he started telling me my machine is junk to buy a new one and throw it away. I told him i wanted my machine repaired not buy a new one he tells me that he works in service not in sales so he doesnt care about selling. When i ask him if he can take a look at it to make sure its the water pump thats bad he walked away and started helping another customer out that obviously was friends with because he called him by name. I walked away and left with my pressure washer.I found discount lawnmower repair on bird road. For $100 bucks i bought an italian made waterpump for my machine and installed. I would not recommend all dade lawnmowers to anyone. Over priced and horrible customer service.

This store has it, all the top brands and models, a very good and efficient service department. The sales floor is the largest Ive been in in south Broward and Dade county. Nick has delivered excellent service since the day I started using All dade lawnmowers .JL in sales always takes good care of me.

I called before driving a significant distance in order to buy a mulching plate for my SCAG. Owner said he had it in stock. Waited for 30 minutes after arriving and later told that they did not have it in stock. To make matters worse, owner is extremely rude and did not even apologize. It seemed like he was bothered by my presence.
