I bought the fastest scooter they had, which has done wonders for me in terms of my commute. i was using my scooter so much that i caught a flat on my back tire so I went in to get it fixed, and again i was not surprised i was greeted with a warm good morning. The gentleman who fixed my worn out back tire ended up fixing it right on the spot for me. Great products, very kind and friendly employees, and great service. Scammer with fake reviews! Rick Marabini will try to delay refunding your money until it’s too late to dispute with your credit card company. I ordered an expensive scooter and was sent a unit that was clearly used, did not match the website description, and it had cheap, loose handle bars. After Rick said I could return the scooter, he did not send me a return label until 9 days later, after I asked him a third time. After he received the scooter, he waited 7 more days to issue a partial refund for less than half the cost. Fully 12 days after he received the return, I called PayPal and they confirmed Rick never issued the second half refund.I had to go through a lengthy dispute process to get my money back. If I had I waited a few more days to initiate the dispute, it would have been too late and this scam artist would have ripped me off to the tune of $2,000.Read the other reviews and ask yourself if they sound legit. All the five star reviews are written by the same person who makes the same grammar mistakes.All the one star reviews are clearly written by different people.Don’t be fooled by a nice website description—you’re being sold junk, and you’re not getting your money back unless you fight for it.

I received a damaged scooter (at a good price). Not only was I blamed for what had happened, but I have yet to see a refund.Nothing has happened for weeks. It has been back and forth emails and phone calls, like a bad relationship. Ive given the owner, Rick, more opportunities than I should have to fix this. I would give this place negative stars if it was available. The owner is extremely rude. I placed an order online, I received part of what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time but missing some parts. I have been calling this guy for six weeks and every week he tells me the missing part is in the container they received but hasnt cleared customs, it should be next week when they get it and hell send me the part. Not only is this guy extremely rude but hell lie to his customers.

3 days back I purchased an electric scooter from Hypertoyz. It’s 1600 Watt scooter with pretty good design. The performance is OK too. It takes a bit long to recharge fully but, the backup is quite good. The construction and engineering is well for the specific age group.As far as the delivery and after sales service of Hypertoyz is concerned, the delivery is good but, I think there are rooms of improvement for the after sales service. However, still now I didn’t feel much need of that and the scooter is running well too. I had an issue with the electric start but that is solved now!

I have an electric scooter and I love it very much. But last week my battery input charger port got damaged (although it was working for a long time) then I order a new one from Hypertoyz Inc. And I am really glad now that they have delivered the product so quickly (even I was not expected) and my scooter is now all set to run on the road.

Well I called to make sure he would be there, he answers and tells me that he’s on his yacht and he’ll call me to meet me around 1.......no call no nothing. So I am getting my money back and I will never spend my money in this place ever again. He doesn’t care about customers at all. If you can, buy from someone else who cares about your happiness as a customer who is spending your hard earned money in their establishment.

Recently I purchased an electric scooter on my son’s 5th birthday. It looks nice and my son is really happy with it. Charging is a bit issue to me since for that time being it remains inactive. However the delivery of Hypertoyz is really good and received the product right before the special day.

I completely threw $700 down the drain I bought the nicer scooter from rick and I received it and it was barely put together. the connections on the battery were not soldered correctly and had come off. I turned it in and with a load on the motor just made this horrific noise. and would not work. I contacted Rick who said he would not send me another motor without me paying more money to send him his broken motor. so he received the motor said it was fine then tried to send me a controller and said that was the problem. I did specify do not send me the old motor. So when I just received everything after purchasing my scooter on may Wuthering and its June 7th and I still dont even have a functioning scooter. BUYER BEWARE!! I will now purchase a motor spending more because this guy is a rip off.

They rip off original designers of their property and make profits off of them. Not a good business practice. They should be reported to the FBI for fraud.
