Flanigan is the BEST! My 3 year old truck threw a maintain TPMS message and one sensor no longer was reading. I stopped by and they diagnosed the issue, replaced the sensor and rotated my tires, all in under 25 minutes and at a VERY fair price. The best tire guys around!

I had been procrastinating on getting an oil change when my husband took a chance and set up an appointment for me at Flanigan’s. So happy and relieved to have found such a wonderful place. The guys do such a great job, are always honest and fair, and give me a heads up on routine maintenance stuff without being pushy.As someone in healthcare, I never stopped working and driving the 20 minutes to and from work. I remember how Mike got me in on that Monday morning in March when everything just shut down and no one knew what was going to happen in the next few months. The friendliest people in town. The most honest place Ive been too. I previously had a flat tire and took it there to get fixed. They were very professional and got me out of there in a timely manner. I drove home and ran over another screw in my driveway and they were kind enough to repair it again and not charge me. I just bought 2 new tires there because of them being so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them. After blowing a tire on 94 near New Buffalo on our way home from St. Joes Michigan, you took the time to explain why the original tire couldnt be repaired. It would have been easy to rip off an out of towner but you were fair and in 30 minutes we were back on the road heading home. MUCH APPRECIATED!

I have came here on several occasions for alignments, tire repairs, and to purchase new sets of tires. Friendly staff that takes pride in the quality of their work and customer service. Due to my vehicles unique tire size they did not have it in stock, but were able to have it by the next day for a great price. Highly recommended

I have never had a bad experience here! I had to go twice in a week, once to have a new tire put on that I had at home. They put it on for a very reasonable price. The second was because it went flat 5 days later due to a patch that i was unaware was even on the tire coming loose. They fixed the patch for me very quickly at no charge. I will always use them for tires and sincerely thank them for their service!

Just popped in with my flat snowblower tire and they took it straight back, fixed in like 2 minutes and refused to charge me. These guys are really something else. I get all my new tires here, always reasonable, even bring in my vehicles for oil change and rotation. It’s so easy to knee jerk and write stuff when negative stuff happens, I made myself sit down and do the same for businesses that are good. So there. Flanagan’s is good stuff.

Mediocre work with bad communication. They werent able to fix my car properly, without explaining or mentioning the outcome I could expect. That didnt stop them from charging me full price and then some. When I came back with a complaint they just blamed and bashed the shop i took it to that made me aware of the continuing situation and sent me out the door with zero help.

By far the worst shop I have ever had to deal with. I go to get 4 tires mounted on rims and balanced and left the shop with one of the mechanics threatening me to meet him in the parking lot. Asked to speak to the manager named Kyle and was treated horribly as a custom as well. Thought taking $10 off the bill would fix everything and so I asked him a simple question and I get my credit card literally thrown at me. Looked up reviews on this shop prior to going to it to make sure I was going to a good place but man did I get a surprise. Treating customers solely on what they drive (showed up with Audi s4) is just wrong as the three customers that before me drove chevys were treated with respect. Clearly a joke of a shop if this is how they treat customers, shops been open since the 1940s and am surprised a shop like this is still operating. If youre thinking of taking your car here for any repairs I would think twice and go else where. They even ruined one of my rims while putting on the tire. Completely unprofessional, every single person that worked there. I usually never write reviews except for when things like this happen to where the public needs to be aware of their local shop thats been around for along time. Customers BEWARE AND AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

My wifes GMC Acadia need 2 new tires right away. The old ones literally started shredding suddenly. I call the 12 other tire stores in Michigan City and know one had a better price. A few of the other stores would need to order this common size. Saw Kyle. In and out in under 1 hour.

I was pleased with the work that was done here. I do want to mention though, I had a tire patched. Before hand I could drive my car without hands on the steering wheel. Now my car is pulling to the right ironically. I am accusing a repair with a job security touch and have called secret shoppers to the area. I was absolutely pleased with the level of respect to the customer but that was all that was good about my trip to this place. I was sitting for hours and all I needed was a patch. I also had the great benefits of my car in a garage with no visibility to what they were doing. Call it coincidence but I call it job security. I have yet to contact Better Business and other offiliates regarding this untill further investigation is done.

3/22/2017I have bought several sets of new Tires from them in the past. Today I had Flanigans install a replacement rim for me I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. I was able to get the new rim much cheaper then the dealer offered it to me. Thank You Kyle for taking care of the customers in LaPorte County. Just my two cents your not going to find a big tire chain giving you this sort of service.

Flanigan has taken care of all my personal vehicles and company trucks since 1982. Sure, you may be able to get cheaper tires at Walmart. but I cant see Walmart coming to your rescue when you have a blowout. The service is always great, and the customers are always treated with respect. I read a negative review here, and thought to myself This review was written by a bully, who pushes his weight around, to get whatever they want. Just doesnt seem like something one would see happening at this establishment.

Had an appointment, but a worker went home sick. Nobodys fault. But they didnt have our number to tell us not to come. Great price for brakes though.

Sure, you can go to a big name like Tire Rack or Tire Barn but once you drive away the relationship ends. With Flanigan Tire, you are treated like family and they stand behind every tire and every service they sell. Your not just a number to them, you are family because they care and are loyal to the Customer and the rest of the community.Thry arent interested in only their bottom line like the big boxes are and its nice to see that with all the big boxes we now have in Michigan City, they still cant compete with the level of service given here and Flanigan Tire will still be around for years to come. One of the first things my Dad taught me when I started driving was you only shop for tires at Flanigans period and he was right about that. I have also taught my daughters the same lesson about tires and Im proud to say that the car dealership my brother works for only does business with Flanigan Tire. Kyle and Bruce are very knowledgeable about anything that has anything to do with tires etc. Thanks for the 50 plus years of service and experience. Btw.....I saw a horrible review above and I agree with Bernie Scott, this gentleman seemed as though he was attempting to bully the staff and they dont determine the level of service they provide by the make of vehicle you drive. I have personally witnessed the care and concern they give every person that walks in their door....and I have seen them Take extra special care of elderly citizens on a fixed income. Had a leaking valve on my tire. They replaced it and scrubbed off the corroded metal that was causing the problem for $20. Tire started leaking again 3 weeks later and they upgraded the valve to an all-metal version for free. Thats good, honest service. Will return for tire service needs.

Bought front tires for my car here. A year later that same tire has a bubble in it from a broken belt. They wouldnt warranty it and said a new one would cost 60 dollars my cost. I wouldnt hesitate to take my car to another shop.
