After my NEW car got hit in a parking lot I had to file an insurance claim and went to Sunnyside Collision to have it fixed. Jon was so nice and helped me with the insurance people and was super nice about everything. The car came back after the bumper had been replaced, and it wasnt up to his standards so he sent it back to the body shop until it was 100% up to par. Id use them again in a heartbeat!

Dealt with Jon, the damage appraiser, and also the detail shop manager. Both are phenomenal guys and cleaned up our car free of charge during the estimate. A big dump truck came into our lane today and the tire hit us causing some minor scratching and rubber residue. Called up Sunnyside and they got us in for a free estimate 30min later. Jon, the damage appraiser, came out, gave us a fair opinion and was very nice, he even took out some buffing compound and started cleaning the car.
