I purchased a Mercedes-Benz from this dealer and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were able to get the transaction completed once I made the decision to purchase the car. Normally when I buy a car later in the evening a dealer will drag out the deal into the next business day. That was not the case here. Greg my sales person wasn’t the least bit pushy and Qasim and Jason the sales and F&I managers were very understanding and went the extra mile to get me the best payment option available at the time.
The team at Maserati of Cleveland under GM Matt Fraziers leadership was outstanding. The first class customer service and excellent professionalism shown throughout the sales process was the best Ive ever experienced from a dealership and for the purchase of a vehicle. I own many luxury brands but Matt Frazier made sure that Maserati was in a class of its own. Matt always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got everything I wanted. The customer service is outstanding. I was in a fender bender and my car had to go down the street to a shop for repair. I wanted something checked on my car while it was that way (I live on the east side) and Mike in the service department was so accommodating going to the collision center and taking care of my car so i did not have to make several trips. He really goes above and beyond for you. And everyone who works here seems to be very friendly and interested in making sure you receive the best care. It’s greatly appreciated!

From the moment you walk in the door it’s a breath of fresh air! I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk. She immediately asked if she could get me water, fresh coffee or help me in any way. My sales associate was Greg. He was a no pressure sales representative and an excellent communicator. He made our transaction stress free! I had explained to Greg that we were very nervous about coming in due to COVID. He put my mind at ease by his professionalism. The whole staff was masked and kept there distance. Hand sanitizer was set up throughout the building. Jason in finance was excellent as well. He had all of our paperwork ready so that we could be in and out immediately! The team at Maserati Middleburg Heights needs more than a five star review!

I screwed something up in my Ghibli and they got me right in (without focusing on my bonehead mistake, I might add), had the loaner fired up and ready for the day, and corrected the issue right away. While there, Mike researched the vehicle and determined the first owner had prepaid annual service still available and let me know he coordinated to apply that credit for me to get an annual service, and he got me taken care of in a day - no charge! Thanks for going above and beyond, Mike. That was a professional and classy move.

Greg is the best car salesman me and my father have ever dealt with by far. He told us he puts himself in the shoes of the buyer and he truly does exactly that. I have owned my 2008 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT for nearly four years and have enjoyed the driving experience incredibly. Wherever I go the car gets a lot of attention, whether parked in a lot, in the drive, or in preferred parking in front of a restaurant or hotel. While I would have loved to sing the praises of Maserati and recommend people purchasing one, I had reservations because the design, styling, and driving experience of the car is awesome, the service experiences I have had were less than desirable. I had better service and personal treatment from my Ford dealer than what should be expected from a luxury car dealership. Despite my concerns expressed to the dealership and service managers, not much improvement was seen over the past several years. Recently the new owners The Rafih Group, hired a new Service Manager Mike Bonatati. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike recently when me car needed some repairs. After laying the groundwork, Mike was very respectful and responsive to my needs and concerns. Finally, it seems that Maserati of Cleveland has found the right person to run the service department. Mike will take the Maserati dealership to new heights I am sure. He has a long road ahead, as many improvements are needed to really bring it to the level of quality and luxury that customers deserve, but he is on the right track. This year while I am out driving or parked, I finally feel that I can wholeheartedly recommend that Maserati is truly a great value, great driving experience, WITH a great Service Department to support you. Don’t ever buy a car from this dealership! They sold me a Maserati GT that I just recently found out had been severely damaged and they didn’t tell me. I’ve been trying to get someone from management to talk to me about how to remedy the situation and I’ve been completely ignored. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.
This review is for the sales department, specifically Cassidy. Cassidy went above and beyond in helping me locate a vehicle and negotiate pricing. She understood my busy schedule and we conducted the entire process via text messaging as I am out of state. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and went to bat for me with the sales manager to get me the best price. Definitely a great saleswoman and a great team at this dealership, highly recommend.
I bought a car here last week, and for being an expensive car Dealership, they can’t even put quality 45 day tags on your car. I have had my car for a week as of yesterday. And the numbers have already ripped off. I haven’t even taken the car over 65mph. So now they tell me I have to go to the BMV and spend another $18.50 to get replaced. Which I did nothing wrong and I have had mutiple 45 day tags, with not one issue, even driving in storms. So now I have no car for a week or more till they print a replacement and mail it. I would not recommend these guys. They are cheap skates at the price of the customer.
The people here are extraordinary especially Josephine who was relentless when working with insurance on my behalf. And Bentley is the best dog ever, obviously.
My experience at Maserati of Cleveland was excellent. The sales consultants were all extremely helpful and had answers to all of my questions. I did not feel pressured into making a decision, nor was I overwhelmed with calls, texts, emails, etc upon leaving the dealership. Overall 10/10 dealership would recommend to anyone in the area looking to buy!
Great experience! Invested minimal time and got exactly the car that I wanted. Very different than any other car buying experience that Ive had, including having the car delivered to my house with all paperwork ready to be signed and the dealership rep even programmed my garage door opener when he was there. The ABSOLUTE WORST service experience!When the dealership was courting my husband and I to purchase a vehicle, they drove all over northeast Ohio to meet our needs.Today, my 2017 Maserati Ghibli began to accelerate on the highway without me pushing the gas pedal. I was 60 miles away from the dealership and 40 miles from my home. Roadside was set up for me however, the service employee told me to either get an uber or call someone to come and get me because all of the employees were at home.I was basically given the choice of driving this vehicle home while it was being unsafe or paying for a rideshare service. This is totally unacceptable. The last vehicle I purchased was purchased in an entirely different state and the local Cadillac dealership met all of our needs.Totally unacceptable and the service provided is not aligned with the level of service you would expect when you drive a luxury vehicle.

Michael Thomas is a demeaning, rude, dishonest, and overall not a good fit for the manager of a high-end dealership. I have worked with Bernie Moreno Companies next-door Mercedes-Benz dealership and have loved every second with every person I have encountered there. So much so, that I have spent well over a million dollars in the last 15 months and sent many clients there. I have visited many of Bernies other dealership such as the VW and Nissan stores in Hudson, OH, and even those guys treated me better than Michael Thomas did. Thats right; I was treated better in a dealership that sells $20-40,000 cars than at a dealership that sells $80,000-500,000 cars. I would not recommend buying a car from Michael Thomas, but I do recommend buying another brand, such as Mercedes or Porsche, from one of Bernies dealerships. Like I said before, everyone in his company, except Michael Thomas, has provided me with excellent service, timely responses, trust, and the utmost respect. I know for sure that I will never buy another car from Michael!
My husband and I love our Maserati! Its so much fun and its absolutely beautiful inside and out. The service by Dan Ricci and Tom Melnyk and the entire staff have been exceptional thru the entire process. Still dont know how a dealership selling ultra luxury vehicles ended up in farthest possible spot from most of its customers, but their service is downright atrocious. phone just rings and rings, callbacks are rare, and appointments get disregarded for no good reasons.
