I had an issue with them a few months back. Called the customer service hotline and the customer service representative Steven with a Y was more rude then the manager I was dealing with at Middleburg Heights. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they told me that my issue was not important enough to talk to the supervisor.

My wife is so negative......I remembered the car seat,the stroller,AND the diaper bag.....and all she can talk about is how I forgot the baby:(
