Wow! I’m super thrilled, appreciated and thankful for the service completed! I just moved back to Strongsville, and had opened up the coupon ValuPak from the mail, curious to see what Strongsville businesses were offering. What caught my eye was a business garage door repair venture. I called up Sean directly to see if SMR could come out and just check to see if they had one bracket to replace between two panels. He said he’ll be here in an hour and was. They had even been open about to performing more work! And man, did he and his partner get to work! Last year, I got my new garage door and it was installed on timely manner. Price was reasonable and lot cheaper comparing to what other companies have estimated. Sean, the SMS owner, responded to my phone call over a broken spring that kept our garage door from opening. He called me about 15 minutes before he was going to arrive.He quickly assessed the problem and began working right away. He was here for about an hour. He changed the spring and then fixed the electronic control for the garage door which had not been working for quite some time.He Then lubricated the broken door as well as the door next to it which was not broken. He was fast, courteous, efficient and extremely reasonably priced.I have had similar work done before, by one of the big companies, for twice the price. He did a better job at a surprisingly low price. I made sure I gave him a good tip because you certainly deserved it.There were several other things I was contemplating doing but he kept saying that they were not necessary and it would be a waste of money.Sean is a honest and hard working. They were 2hrs late due to a flat tire on their van and still came out late evening to do the job & kept us posted upon arriving. While I had 2 other garage door companies in the last 6 months to fix the gaps at the top, sides and bottom of the garage door, each time the gaps reappeared within days and the noise with shaking of the door continued and was frightening. Sean (SMR) was able to diagnose the actual problem with my garage door as soon as he arrived. It was repaired that very day and the appropriate seal for the bottom of the door was applied the following day. The costs were a refreshing affordable expense and the problem is resolved. When I realized that my garage door motor needed more than just a turn of a knob or screw.
