Is a dirty place, they have preferences in there, they give new people jobs so they can fire you in 1/2 week, If they see that you doing a great job they will fire you cause they don’t want you to be better than the others that are for the company, is a very very messy place and they are not even a organized people. The team lid is a very envy person and not even help you at all with training. They lie to you, the people gonna be nice to you for the 1st or 2nd time and then they will talk Bad about you even if you doing a better job then they. Is awful how everyone treats you.
Management is messed up ADAM go around lieing on the production workers and he is very unorganized. He wants friends and people dont come to work for that and Adam does not know his job. He childish and makes the company have a bad name we have lost good workers because of Adam i wish everyone the best and this company is not a good company to work for no growth.
The previous review by Lawrence Tessler isnt even for the right company. Do a little research before giving a poor review and 1-star. This company, Sure-Foot Industries makes anti-slip flooring products, not ski boot liners.
Very poor product, expensive and bad customer service. Surefoot technology is injected foam liners. I had foam liners many years ago and the problem then was the foam broke down. Surefoot assured me that they had solved the problem so I spent over $1100. on a pair of boots. In a few days the foam on the tongue broke down and formed a lump which caused quite a bit of pain and prevented me from skiing. I brought the boots back and they said it was my fault. I should have pushed the tongue down into the boot every time I took it off - who ever heard of doing that? They replaced the tongue but then the rest of the foam began to harden and fail. Soon my nice initial fit was gone and I was getting bruises on my shin. I took the boots back and they added pieces of foam the try to get the fit back and protect my shins but it did not work. When I suggested they put in a new liner they said Sure, that will be $600. So much for honoring their promises.
