Great diagnosis of defective part,ordered replacement,and professionally installed new part

Technician came to my house 4 times, still cannot get the dishwasher fixed. They cannot even identify the problem. They changed the panel. They changed the dispenser. They even ordered the wrong dispenser at the second time. I would not recommend this company. They asked me to wait another week to get another technician to come. I already waited for a month to get my dishwasher fixed. Im very disappointed about their service.

They did a wonderful job fixing several of our washers/dryers. Tommy was very helpful and professional, as well as being able to get us scheduled quickly!

Quoted me $600+ for a 5 minute repair and a $60 universal part. Would not even inspect my appliance, said I should get a new alliance at brothers main. I have heard this same scenario with a friend of mine. Claimed Unfixable appliance, recommends brothers main, who have terrible prices compared to the competition. He gets a cut.

We have used Appliance Services for many years and they are fantastic. Today they did a refrigerator repair at one of our rentals. I contacted the resident and he said the person who did the repair was excellent, very professional. He rated them 5 stars.

So their service is good as Ive used them before. Plus, finding an appliance service center is difficult unless you bought directly from a dealer. But still waiting on a part to repair the dishwasher and its been two weeks... First trip did not fix appliance. Returned trip with another part and evidently the vendor they get the supplies from shipped them a used part... I am sure I will update to a 5 Star rating once the unit is fixed.

Scheduling was friendly and prompt. Matthew came as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking fridge. A part needed to be ordered, so he made sure there would be no leaking while we waited, and I still could use the appliance. A week later, I got a call that the part was in and it was installed the next day. Excellent customer service throughout the experience. I will use Appliance Services Unltd again.

Our refrigerator went out on a Tuesday. Called Appliance Service the next morning and Rick came out the same day. He wasn’t able to repair the refrigerator as the compressor was shot and also required a new motherboard. Rick was honest about saying we should just buy a new refrigerator rather than try to get us to purchase the needed repairs. We appreciated his honesty. We will call Appliance Service again should we have the need.

We had our dryer stop working. The technician replaced the belt quickly but did not verify that the dryer was in fact working. He forgot to turn the gas line back on, so the dryer was not heating. He left but claimed that he verified that it was heating which doesnt really make sense given that the gas was still shut off. He was unable to come back and did not contact me to troubleshoot the issue. I was told I had to make another appointment with another 4hr window and waste more time. It was a frustrating experience that took awhile to resolve and made me late for other commitments.

We were told when Rick was coming, how much the cost would be and before leaving, Rick reviewed other appliances. We are so appreciative for their work, professioalism and concern for our complete satisfaction. Oh yes, and great sense of humor.Thankyou!!

I want to let you know that I have had excellent experiences with Appliance Service. Today we had another great man named Garrett to fix our situation. He is excellent with the work he does, and excellent with how he interacts with the people. I would highly recommend this company and Garrett in the future.

Garrett called a day earlier than scheduled and offered to come out to look at our oven. He showed up wearing a mask and was very polite and friendly. He diagnosed our oven quickly and left stating we would receive an email within a day to let us know our options. Very satisfied with the service we received.

The technician was courteous, but his solution to our washing machine malfunction did not solve the problem. The followup was prompt, and the resolution was more than fair. I will definitely use them in the future. We are replacing the machine rather than repairing thanks to their sound advice.

I called to have them come and service my refrigerator. I was having problems when my refrigerator would defrost. Water would accumulate at the bottom, underneath my crisper. The person that I talked with when I first called was great. They did a great job to accommodate me as far as the time frame to come to my house. When the tech from this company, Rick, came it was a very simple fix that he had to do. This company is the absolute best. They are honest, dependable and Rick is outstanding. I have had Rick come to my home before for a problem with my washer and he has always done a great job. He is an excellent, very knowledgeable technician. Our Bosch dishwasher displayed an error code and I called Appliance Service to come out and diagnose the issue. The error code indicated a leak. The unit is a closed unit, so we called for service. Garrett cleaned out the water in the unit, ran it and we are waiting to see if the problem returns. It may be a valve. but we are waiting to see if the unit displays another error code. Garrett was very professional and friendly.

Appliance Service Unlimited squeezed us in and took care of our problem promptly. We only went one day without our dishwasher instead of a week for someone to service it like we were told by other companies.

Very nice, mask wearing young man quickly fixed the problem with my dishwasher. I had gone too long waiting to fix it, due to the price of appliance repairs. I was very happy to receive a bill for around $120. TOTAL! I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, Garrett couldnt find anything wrong. The dishwasher cycled ok. It appears in good shape otherwise. There might be a problem with the board. Garrett told me if it happened again to try and get a video of the flashing lights, in case that might be useful. If it needs a board replacement, I am likely to opt for that.

Great experience with this company. They were knowledgeable, competent and were able to get out to us quickly during COVID. Broken oven with the whole family home was panic-inducing. But we were equally worried about bringing someone into our home during the pandemic; however, they were on top of it! Theyre following CDC recommendations, asked us numerous health screen questions before coming out, and asked that we remain 6 feet from the tech, who wore a mask and gloves. I was extremely impressed with the high level of service, and how theyve quickly adapted to meet the customers needs, even during the pandemic.

The repair guy was friendly enough, and competent. He did spend a substantial amount of time unsuccessfully try to get the drum off to check the thermal switch. He did not have the replacement part I need, so I get to wait 3-5 business days more for that to come in, then presumably a similar wait to get a return visit scheduled. At that point, it will be nearly 3 weeks since I called to get the repair done. Thats a lengthy process to replace a plastic knob...

Dishwasher stopped draining and I tried what few tricks I had up my sleeve without much luck. Called Appliance service unlimited shortly after they opened and managed to get a (carefully coordinated via a preemptive survey) house call later this morning. Rick showed up fully gloved and masked, talked me through what went wrong, and we were back to washing dishes before 11.Prompt, friendly, professional experience.

I sent a photo of the buckled floor plus told the fellow on the phone that the floor was blocking the refrigerator yet they sent one man who was unable to address the issues. A total waste of the repairman’s time. Now we have to wait for a team to come back to fix the problems. I’m hoping this problem can be addressed ASAP.

I had a problem with my microwave so i called these guys. they were very knowledgeable and courteous on the phone. When the technician arrived he was punctual, respectful and new what he was doing. Cant recommend enough. Needed a couple parts for my fridge, which they ordered. Not ten minutes after I hung up they called me back to say they actually have the start relay I needed in stock, and the more-expensive overload part usually doesnt need to be replaced anyway, so if I liked I could pick up the start relay now and see if that does the trick. Id already put in my order for both parts; they had my money - they did NOT need to do this. I picked up the start relay for ten bucks, plugged it in, and my fridge is running like new. Their number is saved in my phone for any and all future appliance repairs, and they have a customer for life.

Very unhappy. Called about lower burner on my oven going out and the tech gets here, says yup, the burners bad. We dont have one in the truck. Now they have to order a burner and come back to install it for another service fee! Nope, Im doing what I should have done in the first place...order it myself, install it myself.
