Used to love this store but half the time when I try to go during their store hours it’s closed. I always check the website to see if their hours change but it’s the same.Today again their hours say 10-6, I went out of my way to go at 3:45 and all the lights are off and they are closed. I understand if they are short staff but if they are going to keep closing early they should at least post new hours on the door or on their website.

I came to Sallys to look for some left handed shears and couldnt find any so I went to another store. Rozy tracked me down in a whole other store to let me know there were a pair in stock. Rozy went above and beyond and I appreciate her dedication to customer service!

Went here once and I won’t be back. The employee working was too busy on the phone having a personal conversation to help me. I had to wait until she was off of her call to ask her a question. She wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

Tried going multiple times during business hours and doors are locked!

I needed a special hair color that they were out of/didn’t have enough to cover my entire head. It was not possible for me to go to the Whitney Way location so when I called to see if they had any Michaela offered to pick them up for me over at Whitney Way and bring them back to Deming so that I could pick them up. That’s pretty great customer service and I might add not something you normally get from Sally.

Mikayla was so incredibly helpful! It was my first time in Sally Beauty and will my first go at coloring my hair with your products. She made sure I had absolutely everything I needed and went over all of the steps in thorough detail to ensure I would be confident in the process. She made me excited to embark on this hair coloring adventure and I will, definitely, return for my other beauty needs!
