Zimbrick was much faster than I was expecting. Quality Service for even just an oil change. It was even 45 dollars cheaper than I was expecting!

Worst experience ever with a dealership! We spoke with these people on the phone for 3 days about a vehicle for sale. They sent us information about the vehicle. They spoke with one of their affiliated banks about a loan for us for the vehicle. We spent 2 days working overtime at our jobs so we can get out early to go look at the vehicle before the dealership closed. So after 3 days of conversation we show up to test drive the vehicle and they say they sold the vehicle a week ago. They said their online department and sales department dont communicate very well so vehicles get left up after theyve already been sold. But the online department will still set up appointments for people to see a vehicle and send information about the vehicle and have banks pull our credit report all without even confirming that they still have the vehicle. Of course this is all after the bank has already pulled our credit so our credit score gets ding and all seems to be a ploy just to get us to the dealership to Maybe buy something else. What a bunch of deceptive con artists!

The Xpress service is incredibly fast, and they really seem to care. Best dealer service Ive had out of all brands Ive owned for cars. Keep up the great work Zimbrick!
