This place was awesome years ago. Now good luck getting service. Have been in 3 times over the past couple weeks and cant get anyone to come to the counter. They have the front blocked off where you cant get in but 3 feet of the store and no one around with the big bay doors shut that were always open in the past. Not sure whats going on. I think its time to find a different store.

These guys really know their stuff! I had called ahead to see if they had some materials I needed for a school project (I know nothing about welding) and they helped me find what I needed quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is outstanding! The counter guys name was Max, he seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly-greeted me right away. I was also assisted by the manager (Reggie was his name I think) he was very professional and guided me on what best fit my needs and budget. They didn’t make me feel dumb when I asked many questions and were very patient with me! Great guys, will definitely head here if I need any welding stuff again in the future.

Not sure why you have to pay an inspection fee when you have to inspect every gas cylinder purchased from this company. I have received multiple gas cylinders with issues. I highly recommend thoroughly inspecting gas cylinders purchased at this company.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! BUYERS BEWARE. THEIR INCLUSIVE DEALS ARE NOT SO INCLUSIVE.
