Cobble creek did a fantastic job! We picked out our slab from contempo and I called cobble creek to install and fabricate. They made the whole process so easy. I had a hard request (salon sink) and Darrin came to template and we talked about the best possibilities for it and he came up with a plan to make me feel at ease about the whole thing. The installers were fantastic, quick, tidy and super nice! I love the cobble creek team and supporting family owned businesses!

Everything started out great with these guys. Just like many reviews have said, they WERE extremely nice...UNTIL they made a mistake and installed 2 slabs with a seam that are 2 different colors of stone and the flecks are different as well. Then, from that point, the owner Darrin has been very hard to communicate with. He wont respond to texts or calls or messages unless we ask for a refund. Then, when he does respond he is very rude. Weve been waiting for almost 3 weeks for Cobble Creek to come and correct the mistake...so living in chaos and trying not to unpack too much since we know that our mistake counter tops will be removed at some point to install the correct counter tops. There has been no offer of compensation at all. It simply was a mistake and we, as the customer, are suppose to accept it and live with it. Prior to having our counters installed, our contractor removed our existing cabinets and counters too soon...so, at this point we have been living without a kitchen for almost 6 weeks! It is completely ridiculous and extremely frustrating that we cannot get Cobble Creek to commit to an installation date for our new counters. Darrins unprofessional and rude response... nothing has changed since our last conversation [2 1/2 weeks ago]...I told you it would take a few days to get it built.He refuses to give us an exact installation day / time. He expects homeowners to be home or drop everything they have scheduled to be here whenever they are ready to show up and install.These guys were nice UNTIL they screwed up and then they become unresponsive. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone or use them again.UPDATE:They came and replaced our counters BUT replaced the mismatched counters with thinner counters AND expect us to pay the same price as our thicker original counters we chose. Again, I would not recommend this company to anyone. It has been a complete nightmare.

I rarely leave reviews but these guys were just too good not to. I can’t say enough how happy I am with both the customer service and the work they did in our home. Due to a mistake on my part, the counters didn’t end up exactly how I expected them to and they went above and beyond to come back and make them the way I wanted. Also communication was so great. I always got a response or call back when I had questions or concerns. Most importantly, our new counters are BEAUTIFUL. 10/10, 5 stars and 2 thumbs up, would recommend.

Darren, Aaron, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job on our kitchen. They are really customer service focused in every part of the process, which is why I selected them after talking to several other companies. They were upfront about timelines and kept to the date we were scheduled.

Darrin and Scott were so accommodating and easy to work with. They were one of the few sub-contractors we used that showed up on time and and finished on time. They were very detail oriented, which I appreciated. My countertops turned out better than I expected. I would highly recommend them!

We remodeled our house and used these guys for new granite countertops. They were all great to work with! They kept to their timelines and were always helpful in the whole process. Installers were great too! Glad we used them!

They have thought of every part of the customer experience and make sure they take care of the customer every step of the way--from getting the quote to making the template to installation. The install team treated my home with care and even cleaned up after themselves! And they included a Diamond Seal service and a countertop maintenance kit so that our countertops would be protected for the long haul. I will definitely use them when we tackle the bathroom counters next!

Fantastic service, really above-and-beyond mentality. Everyone, from the office manager, salesman, owner, and owners sons (installers) represented the company really well. Fair prices. Responsive to an online request for a quote (no other counter company responded to our online request). The install went really well. They cracked the bathroom mirror during the install, but before they even reported the problem to me, they had made arrangements for a mirror company to come out and replace the mirror. We are thrilled with this company and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Remodeling can be difficult. My counter tops were the best part of the experience. I chose quartz. The owner helped me and gave me a great price. He took the time to help me choose from all the different grades and colors. After all that, I changed my mind about my island counter. He understood and made it happen. I highly recommend Cobble Creek.

Sadly I cannot recommend this company. I thought based on the google reviews it would be great. It wasnt. They were slow in their responses. Took a long time to get the product and work done. Estimates for the job werent detailed and complete and there was really poor communication on what was being done and included. I had to reach out to the company to get any answers on status and time frames, the sales rep was not proactive. Installer was on time but left the counters dirty and not cleaned up afterwards. They did template the job so that was good, but work wasnt done that I understood was going to be included. When I addressed this and other concerns with the company, the sales rep apologized but didnt make anything right. The price was competitive, but not for the service received. Counter tops looks good but would not do business with them again.

I found the people very friendly and accommodating to my needs. They did a great job in fabricating the first of 2 granite vanity sinks, the 2nd still pending installation of another vanity. Would recommend them to anyone who wants great craftsmanship in their home.

Misty helped me find the right Quartz product, Aaron (sales rep) met me at the house the same day I inquired and was the first person to tell me the sink I had already purchased wasnt going to fit... two other contractors missed that. Aaron helped me get the right product ordered so we wouldnt have a seam, he took me down to the plumbing wholesaler and walked me through getting the right (and amazing) sink and faucet, and had his template guy at the house within a few days. We requested bids from 4 different countertop installers for our home and Cobble Creek was very responsive and provided a detailed estimate and drawing. They communicated well throughout the installation, kept on schedule, and were great to deal with.I would gladly use them again in the future.

These guys did a great job. Everyone who comes into my kitchen has to hunt for the seams. They came and templated before they cut the stone. This process makes all the difference. Dont use an installer who just measures. A template is so much more accurate. Cobble Creek also came when they were scheduled to come which is big for me. The did a wonderful job!

Very disappointed at the installers when they came. We showed them our faucet and they ignored the details of the faucet, they cut the hole in the countertop for our bathroom to close to the back splash and now our faucet cannot turn all the way to hot nor can we use the plug pull to plug the sink. this could have been avoided if they saw the faucet and noticed the details of it, they could have cut the hole off set and it would have been fine with us.I called and asked for them to get me a new faucet so it is usable. I fear I will not hear back. I just want to be refunded for a new faucet to install so I can use my hot water in my new remodeled bathroom. Help Cobble Creek if you get this.

Having had a bad experience with a big box store, I was leery of dealing with one again. After some research I happened upon Cobble Creek Countertops. I am SO glad I did. Marcy helped me select a remnant for my vanity and Darrin came over to measure. They are such nice people who believe in treating every customer like family. It took less than 10 days from selection to installation! I love my new granite top from Cobble Creek Countertops! They will be helping me with another bathroom soon.
