I am a 58 yrs old overweight woman. I work in an office and have a very sedentary life.I started noticing that I was having a harder time getting up off of low profile pieces of furniture and decided I needed to do something to build my leg and core strength. I had been seeing the Terra Core on social media and became very intrigued with being able to build my core balance with it. I purchased the Terra Core and after just 2 weeks of simply standing on it and balancing I have noticed a drastic improvement in my movement, balance and ability to get up off the couch. I have begun to add more movement to increase my basic balance. I am looking forward to seeing how my body continues to respond and strengthen with the Terra Core as I add additional exercises.
The Terra-core is a must have for any person serious about core engagement. It puts the Bosu ball to shame with all the versatility. From push-ups, bench press, squats, curls etc. Anything is possible, plus it comes with a free app that currently updates exercise. Currently, I use it with my powerblocks and resistance bands daily. Only 3 weeks into this new journey, but I am amazed at all the possibilities to Integrate this within my current workouts and expand with new exercises. If your on the fence, I would say make the investment. You will not regret it.
We love our new Terra-Core. Specifically, we love how many different workouts can be done with one piece of equipment that takes up such a small space. Can’t wait to try it out with resistance bands! Being 65 and a semi retired paramedic, I needed a piece of equipment that would assist me in maintaining balance, cardio and strength.. Terra Core is versatile, easy to store, and very well made. With the apps, and You Tube videos, I am able to achieve a challenging workout. First saw it on Shark Tank. This is an excellent purchase.

I just received my Terra-Core and I absolutely love it! So unbelievably easy to set up and it’s a great addition to my workout. It has opened a window of opportunities for me to switch up my normal workout and I can’t believe I’ve gone all this time without it. Excited to join the Terra-Core Tribe! This product is built like a tank and comes with everything needed to get started! Being gym/workout novices, my wife and I needed something with some sort of direction. The poster, phone app, and online videos have been a huge help! We also have a 5 year old son who loves coaching us through the workouts!
The first Terra-Core I received had several small pin sized holes in it. Bummer, especially after waiting a couple weeks for my order. I reached out to Terra-Core and they send me out a replacement immediately. 5 stars in the customer service!Getting to work immediately I found that the Terra-Core is solid. It’s big, heavy, and durable. Exactly what I wanted for my home gym. The options are endless with this thing. I can do weights on it, cardiovascular training, and of course core strengthening. I love that it has a power grip side on the bottom for push ups and burpees. The poster and app are helpful too.My daughter is a competitive swimmer and she has been stealing it for her dry land workout. Great product I would and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
Amazing fitness product. I have back problems from when I was in the military so not having to lay on the floor to do core exercises is awesome. A little cushion for the pushing can go both ways. 😄
With some weights and straps, its the most versatile piece of equipment I have in my home gym. Its very durable and doesnt take up much space. I brought it on a week-long road trip and was able to do my workouts in the hotel!
The *perfect* complement to my home gymI just received my Terra-Core a couple of days ago and now I regret not having bought it sooner. It is the perfect complement to my home gym.It is so much fun to use but will for sure give you as tough a workout as you can muster. It was so easy to set up; I had it out of the box and ready to use in about 6 minutes.The possibilities in terms of different exercises is endless. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!! Yall have great customer service! I got my Terra Core a lot faster than I anticipated and the set up process (if you can even call it that) is a breeze. My toddler can even do it.. because she has lol. Yall offering a military discount is just the icing on the cake. This is a great product, especially for stay at home mamas like myself. Just received the Terra-core. Immediately impressed by the design and engineering. Very well built. No shortage on durability. I Tried it out immediately and what a dynamic product. So many exercises in one portable gym. Not to mention the added effect with resistance bands and its portablility. I highly recommend Terra-Core for anyone in any stage of fitness.

I love it already! I just wish the app worked better/short exercise example videos were easier to locate for reference. It feels so much better on my back using this instead of the floor. I also feel much more core activation. I just wish the orange parts were lime green lol

The Terra-Core Fitness Trainer is a well built and extremely versatile workout trainer for a home gym. I personally use the trainer in my everyday regimen for warming up, as well as cardio and yoga days. Moreover, I’m an athlete at around 200lbs, the Terra-Core is stable and robust enough to take all I’ve dished out thus far. I cannot see the trainer failing outright. Honestly, this is one of my go to exercise platforms in all areas. Balancing while hitting the bag, ropes, stick handling, and a myriad of other core routines. 5 🌟 is absolute. Setting it up was extremely easy and Im excited to begin at the Foundation pace. I love the Exercise Chart and I love that the color matches my Stationary Bike. Introduced to Terra-Core in a gym class and loved it. Added one to my home equipment when things shut down and am very pleased with how it fits in at home and expands my training options. The app is helpful and there is a lot of content on the Terra-Core Fitness youtube channel.
My workout partners and I are enjoying our new Terra-Core. We have used it during our cardio and strength training workouts and although we are advanced, some of the moves we have been doing are definitely challenging.

Our Terra-Core was delivered yesterday and I was able to put it to good use right away. This thing is very well built. I was absolutely blown away by the variability of use offered through print media in the package, but much more so through their phenomenal APP, YouTube channel, and social media pages. The Terra-Core Tribe has about everything imaginable covered from solo use to integration with other fitness equipment. Terra-Core is top notch, built to last, and worth every penny. I just received my Terra-Core on Monday this week. I only ordered it for my bday less than 2 weeks prior. I couldn’t wait to get home from work and play. I read all of the easy to follow instructions and pumped it up and began my first work out. The intro video and wrk out poster were great tools to get me started. I’m 3 day and 3 workouts in and I’m in love with this added bonus to my Peloton, HIIT and strength training routines.
This thing is the best! What an ingenious idea, a giant flat bosu ball ... This has expanded my workouts and taken them to a new level. It acts as a step, a bench, a balance to and a weight! Plus in combination with my TRX this has allowed compound exercises that build strength, balance and a great sweat! Rock on terra core! Suggested to beginners and masters alike. Oh yeah I have been using it after a recent toe surgery!
I received the Terracore as a gift from my husband. I have was looking for something that would help strengthen my core but could also be incorporated into other workouts. Due to the pandemic, I have stopped going to the gym and started working out in my garage. So every piece of exercise equipment I invest in needs to be functional and versatile. What can I say, this was totally worth the investment! After using it for the first time I felt a difference in muscle engagement during my workouts--I was using more. I wasnt used to engaging my core during squats, but the Terra Core forced me to, and I paid for it the next day (in a good way though)! My 8 year old son plays football and it even helps him with his core strength and balance, which will translate to the field. Im so grateful for this new piece of equipment, and I cant wait to use it to its full extent. With so many ways to use it, workouts are guaranteed to be challenging AND fun!

I love my Terra-Core. I am a big fan of balance training, and have frequently worked out with Bosu balls and exercise balls. The Terra-Core is a better version of the Bosu ball, and much more versatile. There are numerous clever features to it, like the cut outs for resistance bands, and handles to grip or use as attachments.As someone who has always struggled with balance and stability I love how efficiently this lets me work on my weaknesses while also working on my strength.The sense of humor in the owners manual is also quite excellent.

There truly is an instructor for everyone!! Just got my first workout in on the newly arriving terra core! Even though shipping took a while, they kept me very well updated! Definitely recommend the bands for added muscle and cant wait to try some other sized ones!!
Love love love the terra-core. I am a personal trainer so I use it with my clients a lot to kick it up a notch, but i also love working out on it too. My faves are deadlifts and squats on it but I also love that it weighs 30 lbs. for rows, burpees, and presses. Excellent product and great Valentines gift from my hubby!!

Only minor thing, is the orange bottom grips came off.Just need glued back on.

Great equipment for all aspects of fitness. This company has amazing workouts to use or you can be creative on your own. It makes working out fun and fulfilling. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel strongly about doing this one. I was a little set back by the price at first because it is a bit of money for me to spend. But I did my research and decided to take a chance based on everything I found. I am happy I did. This is a solid piece of equipment and is very well made. It has so an endless amount of functions and exercises you can do. I even sit on it when I’m watching TV to work on my core and balance. Bottom line, I absolutely love my Terra Core! As a bonus, the folks at Terra Core even have a great sense of humor. Basically, if you’re on the fence about getting this, make the leap and do it. I promise you won’t be sorry. 🙂
