Love that place ! Like a kid in a candy store
This Best Buy is very poorly run and as a business owner I would never allow my managers to talk or treat a customer the way they do at your store they belittle people, the way my wife and daughter were treated at your store was very unprofessional and hateful, sad thing about it is that this store used to be the best one around and now it’s the absolute worst, bought a iPhone from the store and insurance that supposedly Best Buy backs which is wrong, phone got screen cracked went up there and they set appointment up for the next day for us when they returned the following day now they say we need to go to apple, please explain why when we bought the phone with the warranty that Best Buy told us repeatedly they would cover this phone thru the store and we would not have to deal with apple that was a lie, when we asked to see if another store had another phone the sales team would not call and find out for us, I understand sales but this is all this Best Buy in Midwest city cares about and will go as far to lie to you about everything just to get you to buy something, I will never shop at Best Buy again and will be canceling all services associated with them, I will not be lied to and disrespected to by your management and there are plenty of other stores that would love to help, please beware of this store as it is a very bad place to shop.
Got some skull candy ear buds. They are a lot like air pods and have there own battery pack that chairges,auto connects/disconnects via blu tooth, awesome noise cancelling speakers, and can answer calls as well. The only difference is they have a ear bud that goes inside your ear, and stays put like it should. 😁👌

I rarely go to Best Buy but my experience was worth noting. Nathan in the Apple section was great help, I was there for less than a minute and he was already helping. Nathan had the knowledge I needed and was very helpful. I believe good customer service should be acknowledged. Thank you!
Just not the same Best buy that I once knew. Im a audio engineer and kinda tech nerd. I used to buy all types of adapters, plugs and cords from Best buy. Nowadays the associates have no clue what Im talking about. Just not the same.
Not enough staff. When i finally found someone they called someone from Geek Squad to assist. He was great. I spent over $1500. If i could have found an associate I would have purchased a television as well. I have found this to be an issue in this facility on more than one occasion
To be clear I wore a mask until the mandates ended and I became post 2weeks fully vaccinated. Upon walking it best buy today I was ordered to wear a mask. Just want best buy to know Amazon got my money and not them. Now and forever! I/we have rights as well. Protect yourself with the vaccine, wear your mask, but quit expecting everyone else to protect you! Todays $500 was better spent and less than what Id had spent there. Thanks!
Its okay...the customer service is right in your face all the time and the hours are way to constricted...its a place I go to for something if absolutely no where else has it first...and when I do wanna go its always closed. However, the place is always super clean and its easy to find everything. Could go either way with this place to be honest
Staff was friendly and was greeted at the door. I was looking for security cameras to which they had a limited selection.

I always am made to feel like they arent honest with me, when it comes comes down to a sale. Like- if I ask whats the best laptop for me, and answer all the questions about what Im looking for, then Im gonna be advised on what they have in stock right then, instead of what would REALLY be best. Make sense? I understand its a retail store, and they make money by selling, but I just feel like their jobs are made to focus on being a salesman, instead of help for a customers needs. Any maybe Im the minority here in feeling like it the wrong way to approach customers, but thats just how I feel. So I only come here if I have done my research myself beforehand, and know they have what I need in stock, because otherwise I may end up with something else that turns out it doesnt fit my needs at all.

Nathan & lily was exceptionally phenomenal. Their customer service was too tier, i felt extremely welcomed and was also informed of everything effectively & with exceptional profesdinalism. They are very friendly & i will definitely be back, tho nathan was busy he juggled 2 customer with class and grace. As well as assisting his co- worker. There customer service is higly appreciated and should be recognized on a high level. Thanks for everything have a blessed day.

Was able to go in here and get a great discount on a laptop for my daughter for her schooling and they had it delivered the next day no extra charge was pretty great service all the way around.
After the greeter asked me why I was there that day, I answered with more of a question about where she thought I should go for what I was looking for and after our conversation I was maybe a few steps away and she actually apologized for me to the employee I would talking to ahead of time. I was still right next to them. I didnt even say very much for her to judge, rude. Who made you worthy.

Clean, professional, courteous place. They have the most up to date technology and you can get cheaper by asking for an open box. Repair service on the spot too. No line.

Very warm and friendly staff. Always a major plus for me. It seemed like they wouldve given me the moon.The only down side is the PS4 that was supposed to be there wasnt. Cant blame them for that. And when my coffee maker goes kaput Ill be back.
The selection was much better than our local Lowes on washers but they do put the hard sale on the extended warranty.
Went in not to buy anything but just get some advice on hooking up my surround sound for my home theater and they did their best to help & were very friendly. No complaints here.👍
Was told via chat that GeekSquad could fix our laptop. Drove all the way there and staff was unable to repair the laptop. Disappointing . Also MWC location had very few items in stock. Tried shopping for smart watches and movies and left empty handed.
The people that work here arent too smart actually got more from The geek squad area and they seem like they know what youre talking about

Store was quiet and clean. PPE was provided at the front door along with hand sanitizer for customers who wanted it. Employees were very nice and helpful.
Sales clerk. This fella, young fella, tugged back-and-forth by staff trying to get his attention. This guy, he stayed on point. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions, gave me what I needed. Lastly, seen me out the store, all the while people were still on that headset of his trying to take him away from me. He wasn’t having it! I loved it. I hadn’t seen that in a while, impressive.

Best service Ive had in so long. I ordered ahead of time to pick up curbside. I pulled up in the parking spot and the employee was helping another customer. He then walked to my window before I checked in and got my order started. He found my order by my phone # and processed to go into the store to find my order next. 5 star plus service and he had nice manners. Give the young black Man a Raise. I wish I could remember his name. He has glasses also.
The employees are very attentive and they were all wearing face mask to gloves as well. They had hand sanitizer stations almost everywhere (including the front and exit doors), and they even had the acrylic glass setup for the cashiers and customer safety from any extra germs. This empress me and my husband a lot and we felt safe walking around with our little ones.

Smaller Best Buy but still a decent selection of items. Running short on staff as we had to wait in a couple areas for someone to help us. Usually there is a lot of staff available.
Dont have any new games or consoles unless you go to website
Less then 5 minutes to find the cord I needed cause the lady up front gave me great directions to find it

Im a SUPER fan of this specific Best Buy! There is a female Geek Squad Tech, that is tha BUSINESS!!! 😁Customer service here is unparallel to any other Best Buy and Ive been to within the last 5 years... and that says a lot! I highly recommend the MWC location, for all of your tech needs. #5stars

Worst service I have experienced. I was in there for 30 minutes nobody would help me. Several employees walked around I asked several that was just standing around a question they would answer then walk away. I took my business elsewhere

My favorite place to check out. When Im forced to shop with the wife and my Man-Ergy (Man Energy) has been deprived from going to womens clothing stores. Ill stop at Best Buy to re-energize. Ive bought several computers, BT speakers, tablets, televisions, and house hold major appliances over the years. They have decent sales, honor major competitors prices and extend military discounts. 👍👍
Geek squad seemed more interested in giving me a long tech talk instead of just saying that we dont do that here. Wasted 30 minutes.

Went in to talk to them about a computer I was looking at on their website. Guy tried to sell me a different one with half the ram less then half the hard drive and a I3 CPU instead of the I5 CPU I was looking at. But cost few hundred more.

Got a great deal on a microwave after ours had died. Very happy with the new one. Picked it up when they said it would be in and installed it that night. No problems. Good service.
This place is by far the best place to shop! I always walk out amazed at the customer service. Even the greeters are positive every time I shop there!
Curbside pick up service are the most unhelpful people ever. They wont help you at all. Dont even ask bc they arent liable 🙄. Who cares if you are a petite female that cant handle a large TV, not their problem. This is why delivery is the best option. No such thing as service....

Ill never shop at this best buy ever again. My wife and I went into best buy and was stopped immediately and told we couldnt purchase anything and one of the employees was very rude and lucky I didnt knock him out so screw you best buy....sheep

The manager mark tried to scam me! I asked him multiple times if it was a credit card that I was signing up for and he said no. Well why did I get this letter saying I was approved for a credit card then? Thats unethical and I will be reporting this.

Helped by team member to acquire the last of an available item that was stored in top storage area. Very professional, somewhat salesman-like with pushing extras and add-ons but I understand that is a requirement from management.
I purchased a computer in December. I said several times that I needed a computer that I can download and scan my documents plus print them for my work. Come to find out the computer I bought isnt compatible with none of the 3 printers we tried. I was wanting to exchange the computer for one that would do what I need with one of the printers I have but I was 4 days past the time for an exchange. I would have been in earlier but I was corinten for 14 days. I came in the day after I was cleared..So I have a computer that didnt do what I needed and I dont want my money back just a computer that does what I need as I explained to the sales clerk and he told me my printers would work
I didnt hate best buy. Not a good atmosphere.

Best Buy employee working in the computer section was very helpful and assisted me in price matching the Logitech 4k Brio webcam with no issues. Shopping experience was seamless and stress-free and the Best Buy staff enforced social distancing and the wearing of PPE.5/5 would shop here again for my technology needs/wants.

Midwest City BB is clean and had plenty of staff available to answer my questions. I had a quick and easy return of some Bose Earbuds and new screen protector changed out on my phone.

Very knowledgeable staff. Didnt feel pressured to buy other things and gave great options and when to go on the website to get products.

Sales associates are to busy socializing with each other and not in their respective departments. Computer department was totally empty except for the Lenovo representative.

I needed a charger cord for a notebook after looking for it on my own for a while someone finally asked to help. I purchased the cord she said would work only to find out it didnt work. Frustrating this time of year yo have to return something that should have been the correct item.
Misplaced a computer power cord and came here for a replacement. I could not find it myself and before I could ask for help, I was asked if I needed help and he took me right to the product. Great service!
Been doing curbside delivery due to pandemic. Process has been flawless and easy. This is not a review of going inside of store, just their curbside.

Very poor customer service in the mobile telephone department. I bought an unlocked phone. Employee did not even offer to activate my phone. I had to go to my service provider to get my phone activated. Employee acted as if it were a burden to assist me. I would not recommend to family and friends. Again, very poor customer service.
No consideration for people with medical condition and cant wear a mask, for a paying customer. I would not support this store since it cant even be somewhat cooperative to a customer and only offers curb side which doesnt help if you want to look at phones and figure out which one is better for you personally.

Easy peasy. Went in to get some new noise-canceling, in-ear headphones and found these Sony WF-1000XM3s. Very easy to use, high quality, and a good price. They had lots to choose from. The store was clean, organized, and well-lit. The staff were attentive and helpful. At checkout, I donated $5 to St Jude and they rang a cowbell. Then everyone clapped. Great place.
