Two days ago I went into AutoZone to get a battery replaced on my remote start for my mother. The manager there his name is Rene A.He search for a replacement to make sure that we have the proper battery for the key fob . Of course the key fob would not cooperate and did not want to open but Rene did everything in his power to get the thing open and make sure that we had everything we needed before we left the store. I was amazed by his effort and his dedication to make sure that the customer was taken care of before we left the store. I would recommend stopping in and taking a look for all of your automotive needs as this is the type of store that makes you proud to be an Oklahoman. Thank you Rene we will be back for all of our automotive meats.

I came here because the past two days my battery has died, I wanted to get it tested and charged. The manager, Renee, took care of me immediately. He looked at my battery and immediately noticed I had a screw loose. The battery, not me lol. He said the screw could be the cause of my battery dying. He tested my battery and it was all good. He then tested my alternator and it was also good. He then tightened the loose screw and I was good to go. He was very friendly and I really appreciate his help. Thank you, Renee!

August 6 2021, I was on I40 going east when my truck died and no power. Called my son to come pick me up to help. Went to Auto Zone in Midwest City, Oklahoma. They have just closed and was fixing to leave when we showed up. I talked to the two employees and figured out my problem. They called there manager to see if they could open back up to help us. They opened up, got me a new alternator and battery and fixed me up. Got me back running again. Thank you people for helping me out, this is what I call dedicated employees, Thanks again.

Decent service, they kind of know what theyre doing. They cut Corners here in ways that they would have never considered 20 years ago.
Kenny, one of the managers, had my daughter with a one month old baby, car towed because it wouldnt start and she left it in the parking lot for one day and she told them of course she would be back to get it but that wasnt good enough for good old Kenny so he had her car towed! Now with a new born baby she has to pay $160 to get her car out of impound. That was a very trashy move Kenny hope you feel good tuff guy!

They dont listen nor pay attention 2 what they r doing. I was told the part would arrive in 2 days. On the 4the day I go 2 auto zone to see where my part was. My part was there but nobody called me. I was told they tried to call but my phone according to the clerk wasnt working. So I guess they only call one time. But my part set there for 2 extra days. I always get my parts from auto zone. But not anymore.
New hires need more training. They also need to be willing to ask a knowledgeable supervisor about how to look up a part when they dont know how instead of trying to sell the wrong part.

The Autozone clerk that assisted me with my engine noise issue and outage of my rear left signal light was very courteous and knowledgeable. He even took the time to come out to my truck to inspect my signal issue. He also located the appropriate replacement bulbs. I would recommend this Autozone for car needs due to their friendly and helpful disposition.
Always like to shop here, very different kinds of produce, meat market is great not to mention their food court, cooked to your liking. Ive had breakfast an lunch there many times.

Im not sure why autozone has parts listed on their site that you CANT even have shipped to the store. If I can have a part delivered to my home why would I not be able to ship it to the store. Pretty ignorant SOP if I do say so myself. Usually I get same day arrival for parts I order to the store but if you cant send it to the store you have to wait a week for usps to deliver (unless they leave it at the post office for you to retrieve) which is standard procedure for my postal driver. I hopped straight on AMAZON.COM and found the exact part autozone claimed to have and got it 40% cheaper but my car is SOL for the next 3 days.

Autozone is about the last place I go as a auto repair shop owner. Also, the mask ordinance along with cdc guidelines clearly states wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person. Companies need to read the entire ordinance before they try to make everyone think it is law when its not.

This place is a joke. Had to call cooperate to get my money back on a part they didnt even order then wanted me to wait 4 days to come in I ended up getting my money back same day. But wont be going back

Walked in and they like the attacksedme because I didnt have masks on on Northeast 23rd Street... went to OReillys in Midwest City they helped me right out didnt care if I had a mask they just were kind and courteous
Not helpful and a mask rule. K. Oriellys is always the way to go. I have to remind myself every couple years and I do so by visiting auto zone. 3-5 days for a refund. Maybe just dont scream at me, just say hey bro you need a mask. Wont be back EVER.

The sales manager went above and beyond to help diagnose my headlight issue. Then when he couldnt fix the problem himself he directed me to 2 different places that could possibly fix my issue on a late Saturday afternoon. When I needed to get my headlight fixed that day because I was out of town and far from home this place and that man were a gift from heaven that day. The store was clean everyone was helpful prior to him being so helpful. They had plenty of help so all of the customers had good attentive care. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
Friendly, stocked and knowledgeable. There is nothing more frustrating than dealing with parts store employees that would try to find blinker fluid if asked. You wont have that problem at this AutoZone, they know their business and are happy to help.

Unfortunately the man that was supposed to be helping me was rude, put out, and absolutely did not have an answer and all I needed was one windshield wiper for my Volkswagen! It will be a long time before I go back in there.

Had exactly what I needed. Also one of the items I bought wasnt in the system and the manager marked it down for me.
Jared was extremely rude and barked at me when I said I had a battery on roll-call. He said that He wasnt the one I spoke to. Ive had great service from the other employees there. My wife was with me and told me he rolled his eyes when I refused to be treated that way.I work with the public as well and understand customer service can be difficult at times but I by NO means treated him in such a way to receive that treatment.I will be calling corporate a.m.

The owner or manager made buying roofing materials very easy. They know the products that they sold and products they sold over 25 years ago. Unlike going to Home depot or Lowes.
They got what I needed
This store is in a pretty decent location with a parking lot that has 2 entrance/exits. Stocked well with a good staff. They get a little backed up at times but no more than any other auto parts store on a main thoroughfare.
Place was clean and they had what I needed!
5 employees walking around the counter but no one ever acknowledged me or offered to take my money. Nobody likes to be treated like this so I sit the items on the counter and walked out. Rude! Went down the street to another store and was in and out in 30 seconds.

My check engine light was on, so I went there to find out why. The guy checked it and all it was, was Pcv valve. $2.72 fix. He was nice enough to change it for me. They are really helpful here.

The staff here was very helpful and kind to me during my visit. After I purchased a replacement part that turned out not being needed, they even allowed me to return an item that most other auto stores likely wouldnt allow.

I had a headlight burn out I stopped in and they looked it up and I went out and crossed my finger that I could get my fingers in a small area on my Mercedes to change it. It turned out fine and I was back on the hwy heading home to shawnee.
Went to get a spark plug for my lawnmower and they were great help
