This place is the WORST place to receive gifts from! They are the WORST at delivering items or gifts in a timely manner!

I used this edible arrangements about 2 years ago and was disappointed with the customer service. But I decided to give it another try and unfortunately the customer service is still just as bad if not worse. My order kept showing on edible arrangements website as being prepared but I found out several hours after it was done that it had been ready almost all day. When I told the person on the phone about the website issue they ignore me. When I went into the store to pick up my order, Christy said if I would have been there sooner it would have looked nicer. Again, I told her about a website issue and she totally ignored me once again.

Order chocolate covered strawberries & they really were just strawberries, they didn’t even bother to cover the strawberries… terrible arrangement and wasn’t even right.

This is an awesome place to shop for gifts and the staff is friendly and helpful....

I ordered an arrangement for my wifes birthday 9 days ahead and they promised it would be there before 5pm at her work. I will never do this again and want a refund it still hasnt showed up! Never order from this place!

I placed a order for next day deliver after mothers day and the only thing that went right was that it tasted good. I still have some issues that went wrong and needs to be fixed but Im unable to get ahold of anyone at this location.

Horrible Experience!!!! They ruined my Valentine’s Day! I placed my order early on Jan 30th for my husband, they never delivered when I called I was out on hold for a half an hour and they never answered had to call multiple times, when I finally reached someone she said oh well it’s out for delivery, I said it’s after 5 my husband is off work now, I told her I wanted my money back. She put me on hold and claimed to have talked to a driver that agreed to deliver it to the suburb and that I live in. I even asked her several times to make sure the driver knew how far and she promised it would be delivered this evening- nothing. 8:30pm and nothing. No delivery, no email no text no call nothing- meanwhile we didn’t get to go out or do anything because we are stupid enough to believe their lie that they might actually show up. I will NEVER order an edible arrangement again.

Called multiple times from 3pm until 5pm waited on hold for 45 mins when I finally got through, just to get hung up on, I ordered gift to a business office for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day she left a t 5:15 after the place closes and it had not came to the office. I got through at 5:30 pm after waiting for 10 minutes to theme music. They won’t cancel the order because they deliver until 8pm to a place that’s closed. No call saying they’d be arriving later then five pm and I was told I’d have to cancel the payment through my bank because they will not refund the money, this place is a joke I’ve ordered from other edible arrangement stores and from different states and the end result was always good. RUN FROM THIS LOCATION.

This location is under new ownership and management and they are fantastic! The staff was very pleasant and willing to help me with finding the perfect arrangement for my needs. The product was beautiful, fresh and was told delicious also. I will be using this without hesitation!

UPDATE: So I finally was able to get a hold of them, placed the order and all was well UNTIL I went to pick up the order. They claimed there was no such order on record even though they ran my card again for additional tax that they did not charge when I placed the order. So the day of the party I had nothing because these people didnt make my order. How do you even miss an order for 80 people?!?! They made me drive all the way to Midwest City for nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Does not plan ahead for big holidays. Ran out of strawberries for pre orders on Valentines day. Order was ready 2 hours after it was scheduled to be ready.

I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM FOR MOTHERS DAY I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH THEM AGAIN. First i came Friday mother’s day weekend and the doors were locked and closed by 5:00 after the manager said they close at 6:00pm. So i came in Saturday morning to put in a order to be transferred to New York to my mother Saturday evening. They told me i would get a email and i never got one. Called the store it was transferred to to make sure they got it they did and said the delivery drivers are out until 9pm. Still received no email by Sunday and my mother never got her stuff still. So Monday May 13,2019 the Midwest city edible arrangements store is telling me i can’t get a cash refund when i paid cash?! Makes no sense the manager is rude & so are some of the workers. NEVER ORDER WITH THEM!

This location is under new management and since then, they have had excellent service. I have ordered arrangements from them and I have been very pleased!!! I would recommend this location to anyone.

Cannot believe the amount of customer service here... this is hands down one of the top Edible Arrangements in the area.Diligent and hard working employees- they always go above and beyond to make my experience a great one every time.Thank you!

The customer service here is horrible!!! I ordered an arrangement got here a little early because I have to get to work and the lady was rude stating the pick up orders will be ready at 930 and here it is 20 minutes past that time and Im still waiting!! I will not use this place again and waste my money nor my time if the lady wasnt so rude I would not have minded the wait!

Ordered an arrangement for my daughter for her 20th birthday. She never recieved it. I called them and spent 45 minutes on hold. The guy that answered the phone said it was out for delivery and would be delivered by 5. No delivery!! Called back and was on hold for 30 minutes, I hung up and called back answered by the same guy, no apology, nothing. I demanded a full refund on my Credit Card, if I dont see the refund in 2 days will place a dispute on Credit Card.
