Employees were extremely nice, helpful and professional. Quick service was a plus. I do need to go back though because I cannot see properly when trying to read. I have the progressive lenses and still have to either lift up my glasses or just take them off while reading.

I usually come to this location right after I get my new RX for my lenses the past few years. Kim was very helpful along with all the other previous employees like Chambri whom have helped me before. This latest visit Charlene helped me get my son frames and lenses that he was very satisfied with the fit and the fashion of the glasses. I came in that same week to get what I need and left very satisfied with my choices. I recommend this location if you have a budget or if you like name brands as well. They have a great selection of eyewear.

I have used EyeMart Express for years. The staff has always given personable professional service. They have always stood behind their glasses. They have gone above & beyond to see that I am satisfied with my glasses.

Never Ever use eye art express. You will wait forever for cheap glasses. They have gotten my prescription wrong and they treat you rudely. Your business means nothing to them. I guess they make enough money that customer service and getting your prescription correct just doesn’t matter to them. They hang up on you when talking to them on the phone. They leave you waiting long periods of time in the store. They will be helping you and in the middle of your time you waited hours to be seen, they will stop and helpSomeone else or talk on the phone. Bad business and bad people working for them.

They are really good and quick and it wasnt even an hour I had two pair ready. I go for the value frames with scratch protection. And all I had to pay for after my insurance, was just the scratch protection.

I took my son to Eyemart because we didn’t have 2 weeks to wait for glasses. We needed them quickly. The store was very busy, it was a Saturday and I was concerned that we would have a long wait. We were immediately greeted by Peter. He asked what we were there for and told us to take a look around. He went to help a couple at one of the desks. Once we found something he was very aware of where we were and told us where to have a seat while he finished. We did not wait long. He was helpful, friendly and did not pressure us to purchase anything extra. He said give us an hour. We got a text 19 min later that they were ready! Great experience! Would definitely recommend! Would definitely ask for Peter although, I’m sure everyone there is great!!

The new manager Coy really took care of us! He responded to an email I wrote complaining about how terrible my glasses were. He asked for us to come in and found three different things wrong and fixed all three things in under an hour!! And replaced the nose guards for my husbands glasses ! Great awesome manager and very much a people person! He took an unhappy customer (me) and made it right! I will be going back as long as they have an awesome manager like him!! Not only did I NOT get the hardened lenses I paid extra for but I found out from my eye doctor that my lenses were NOT ground as per my prescription. I’ve been to this place 3 times the last 2 weeks an every time I have not been greeted, have not even been able to get my glasses adjusted. Two men were at the register helping checking everyone else in. They were nice to everyone but yet I still never got my glasses, but I did get attitude from carried because I just didn’t have my BROKEN FREAKIN GLASSES. So I will not return to this location I will tell everyone not to come to this location but instead to go to the eye mart express on Reno this one is trash

On August 5th, 2020 I went to Eyemart Express in Midwest City to purchase my glasses. This was my first time to use their services. Several times someone checked to make sure I had been signed in and knew approximately how long it might be to wait. Very friendly employees. Terry is the employee who helped me get my glasses. He was extremely helpful with the prices, completely explaining every detail, answering every question. I could not have felt more comfortable with an employee than Terry. Once my glasses were finished, Allan assisted me. He, too, was very helpful and kind. I love my glasses. Overall, I had a great experience and will return. I would definitely recommend Eyemart Express to others.

Express should not be a part of this business name. They sign everyone in, even if theyre only waiting to pick up glasses that were ready yesterday, and make them wait. The employees spend most of their time trying to upsell customers or explain why the frames they chose, their prescription, whatever, is not valid for the advertised deal they came in the door to get. As this business deals with people who have problems with their vision, i think its terrible they put so much in the fine print. Go anywhere else.

My husband broke his glasses and being almost blind without them, we needed a new pair asap.We went to 2 places and were told it would be 7-10 days to get them back.We stopped by Eyemart Express in Midwest City, OK. And we were met at the door immediately and they listened to what we wanted and they were able to get my husband taken care of within minutes and we picked up his new glasses the next morning.If you need good priced, good looking glasses and remember fast service, go to this Eyemart Express.

The store was pretty busy but it didn’t turn out to be too long of a wait. There is a very good selection of frames in various price ranges. Rachel was very helpful to me in finding a frame that I liked and that also fit well. I paid and left the store, then received a text that my glasses were ready less than two hours later. Picking them up was fast, they helped me right away, made some last minute adjustments and I was done. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

The wait was a little long because the person who checked me in didnt do something right. I was passed over by people who came in after me. After I was actually helped it was a great experience. Terry did a fantastic job getting my glasses.Cudos to Terry!!

Excellent service! Both, my husband and I needed new glasses. We drove down from Enid, OK. We were able to buy 4 pairs of glass (we both needed bifocal lenses) and we paid less than $600.00 for all four pairs!! One person cant buy a pair of glasses in Enid for $600.00, yet we bought 4 pairs!!They sent us a text message when they were done, 57 minutes!! You have to wait days in Enid. Well worth our trip to the city. Thank you Eyemart!

I had a great experience. Carrie was so helpful she found be a coupon for my frames so I only paid half of what I would have paid! I broke my frames and I had purchased them elsewhere and did not have warranty so this was a blessing. Yes this store is always busy but they are helpful and nice and I believe that is worth the wait. I was able to get the frames I wanted with lenses I needed!

The store was really busy when we showed up with no appointment and they took my grandmas name and we went and picked out a pair of glasses and we didnt have to wait very long till they called her name and got us all taken care of. We had V. Helping us and she was more than excellent! She made my grandma feel like the queen. She helped us and told us we could get a second pair. We live 30 minutes away and by the time we went and ate they had them ready.

I wanted dark brown transitions lens. They would have had to order them, so I went with grey. It was time sensitive for me to get them sooner than later. They did have a Nike frame fit me perfectly. They had them ready in less than two hours. Nice friendly people that work there. Will continue to go there.

They can tend to be busy. But they are very nice. And they irk hard to make sure you love your frames and you get the best deal. Great friendly customer service. I watched at least 3/4 employees go above and beyond to make sure all customers were more than happy. One brought me to tears. I won’t share much but just witnessing the caring of several employees just made me not mind the wait I knew I was in the right place at that moment. Just to get glasses so pleased. The person who helped us Eric Williamson was amazing went above and beyond to make sure we not only got a good deal but also insure we had frames that worked well with our facial features. We love our frames. He took his time and made sure we were well taken care of this place really deserves kudos. We will be using them for all our glasses from now on. Went in the store to get my perscription filled and the store was so busy and I didnt have the time to wait so I made an appointment for the next morning .. I was the first customer that they tended to, and they were really nice especially this really young man that was helping me .. you could tell he really knew what he was doing and he was good at his job and was very professional .. instead of taking the 3 hrs. to have me glasses ready they had my glasses done in just over an hour . My daughter was in desperate need to glasses quickly! Out of nowhere her eyes started really hurting her at school. She texted me throughout the day telling me with each text how much worse her symptoms were getting! I was able to get here in to see the eye doctor the same day after school. By the time we got to Eyemart Express it was late in the day. I explained how badly she needed her glasses the same day because she wouldn’t be able to go to school the next day without her glasses. The team was very understanding and worked hard and fast to make sure she would have them before they closed for the evening! Great service. They are good to help you find what you want and to explain all variations of lenses, treatments and tints. They have a good warranty as well. Prices are very affordable and I used a coupon I received in the mail and saved over $100 off my total. Alan was very helpful to me as well.

I’m so impressed at how well I was treated at Eyemart Express. I was really nervous about getting progressive lenses. Deborah explained how the lenses work and helped me with selecting frames. I left feeling awesome and ready to be able to see clearly. Eyemart made my glasses in a few hours and I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve been going here for a few years now. I use to work with another eyeglass chain retailer and am very familiar with the optical business. I have always been impressed with how conscious the staff is to accuracy. I’ve been helped by a number of personnel and all have been great. I do have a favorite and that is Shakayla she is Very good at what she does and has a wonderful attitude. Enjoy your experience but be mindful of your time, this place is always packed and for good reason so don’t go in a rush. Give yourself about 2 hours to shop and measure and pay and then be in your way.

Staff was friendly..this is my first time having to get glasses and they helped me out with style and my confidence. The lab scratched my first set of lenses but they was quick to notice and told me they would add on a extra year of warranty for my glasses and had them redone in 30 minutes. It’s a very busy store but I didn’t mind waiting they make up for that in service besides they can’t help it being so busy.

This experience was wonderful. I was greeted right away and assisted right away. Before I went in I called and the person over the phone was very well spoken and friendly as well as thorough in answering all my questions. Awful experience!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lady that waited on us was nice.. All the other ones were rude including the manager. We got there around 11 & left a little before 1 p.m they said theyd text when glasses were done. well it is now 9:01 A.M the next day.. And still no text or call.. Unbelievable & my husband can not work without his glasses... We sure dont run our company this way.. If it were me Id give some of the money back we paid almost $500 dollars & expected to have his glasses back in at least 2hrs but that didnt happen. I think its just ridiculous.. I think yall need to find out the problem & correct it because at this rate youll lose more customers.. I certainly hope I get the glasses today..😬😬

While I give Carrie a 5 star rating, I cannot give the same to the gentlemen closing the store on Friday night, Sept 20, 2019. I got to the store a few minutes before closing, after driving in flooding rain from Newalla. A car had parked next to me at the same time I pulled in. A young lady jumped out and went in. I got my purse and got out and walked very quickly to the door. The door was locked. It was not yet 7:00pm. He was standing there watching as I tried to open the door, smiling at me. Really! All I needed to do was pick up a pair of glasses. Everything had been taken care of. My mother and I have used Eyemart Express for years. never had this experience with before. Doubt I will continue my patronage at this store.
