Great staff but I purchased 4 $5 tickets and won nothing. Next person probably won. Lol

Too many sickly looking people being allowed to enter without masks and the lines are chaos. Youll feel people breathing down your neck the whole time you wait. And the shorter girl working the register is alway coughing up a storm when I come in.Turns out their general manager Gary doesnt enforce the mask policy either.

Our cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Didnt remember his name, but he was working at noon Saturday 27th. Give him a raise!!

Do not do waste your time nor your money with this store the employees are rude and disrespectful to the customers.

Security measure on their end has my credit card cut off at the pump for “frequent use.” Excuse me for fueling our 3 vehicles in the same establishment and wanting to get gas for generator at same time. No offer on how to fix this, other than you can prepay inside. Don’t know how much gas I’m going to get; I want to fill it up. Both cashiers were unfriendly.Advise you to avoid this place!

This place is always clean, and does a lot of business, but their staff is about as unfriendly as you could ask them to be. They ignore customers, wont look at you at the counter, wont speak, and stand there chatting amongst one another whilst they ignore you. The people working this place have definitely NOT found their calling; customer service is about being friendly to the customers! Maybe these people should take nighttime janitorial positions or something where they dont have to deal with the public. One thing is for sure, whoever the manager is at this location, they need to train their employees better, especially in the art of dealing with customers. The regional manager needs to clean house at this location, and replace their staff (including the manager since they dont seem to be properly training and monitoring their employees).As a business owner myself, I really emphasize the need to treat customers nicely, be attentive, etc. It just blows my mind that a store like this could have so many uncaring, rude and lazy employees. The fact that none of the managers, starting with the one(s) that directly manage the store, have not noticed how their employees act is mind boggling. Perhaps these managers are the problem? All I know is Ill avoid using this place, both personally and for my business, as long as the staff remains the same.

On Cue at 29th and Douglas refused to accept a $10 bill because it was too old. It is a 1981 bill. Why would a convenience store be this lacking in money design knowledge? It took 4 employees to decide to reject it and all of them said they had not seen one like this in a long time. I dont think this was age discrimination, but they acted like US currency was a foreign currency.

The lowest priced fuel in 3 state area. Plus, they have e85, which is awesome if you have a vehicle that uses it. Nice, clean premises. Well lit, and safe. Covered fueling stations . The washrooms were nice, clean, safe and had all the fancy automated towel and soap dispensers. Really, a great station!

Today, was unusual. What is oncues policy for reducing the spread of Covid-19? I go into the store to buy a bottle of water and a pack of cigarettes. The lady at the front counter is not wearing gloves or a mask and asks me to remove my ID from my wallet. I comply and then she asks me to hand it to her. I know what your thinking this isnt unusual behavior, however, if Im required to wear a mask everytime I am out in public, I think the people coming into contact with hundreds of people on a daily basis should have to wear gloves and a mask also.. The lady or myself could have the virus, but I guess that isnt important to the Oncue Management team at this location.

Bathroom is nasty. Toilets don’t flush, no toilet paper, soap dispensers don’t work.

Though currently under construction, this is a very nice/clean store and its obvious ownership is doing everything they can to provide a good experience for consumers during this time. On a side note...... think Im in love with one of the employees! Been to this store 3 times in past few weeks and Tink has checked me out (my merchandise!). Not only is she a cutie with a beautiful smile, but shes also super nice & great with customers!

They will charge you $100 for $10 of gas, and then tell you there is nothing they can do about it. After visiting family for the holidays I topped off my tank to make the trip home to Colorado. It topped off just over 10 bucks. When I tried to use the card again it was declined because they changed me $100. The store said the bank did it, and the bank said the store did it and should be able to correct it. But the store couldnt care less. Thankfully I have enough cash to get me home, but now I am out $100 for $10 worth of gas.

Dollar sodas, cheaper gas, also serves 100% gasoline without ethanol. The customer service could be a bit more talkative and courteous since I am very regular here, and because this station gets the majority of my convenience store business! Also the 44 oz cups are frequently out of stock and/or the last cup left always has damage to it. Those are my reasons for four stars.

Would you like to wash your hands after using the restroom? Yes, we all would. Well, here at this store they have NO hand soap. NONE. really? Thats right folks! NONE.

This is a great place for a quick fill up. Not only your car, but your stomach is well. Great prices and great selection.

I really like this OnCue. Excellent prices for area, very friendly and efficient staff. Large pump selection and inside a plethora of snack choices to choose from.

This location provides gas (100% and 10% ethanol), grill items (hot dogs and deep fried items), fountain drinks/ice teas, several coffe options, packaged drinks, frozen yogurt, and numerous snack options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms like all the other locations I have been to in the metro were clean. I would rate this location at the 5 star level.

Tried to call this store from the number posted above and each time it goes straight to Im sorry the number you have called is out of service. Does anyone know if this is the correct number? OnCue, please address this. Thank you.

Went their today and always clean but always rude especially rae. Not willing to help out or be polite.

Went in, bought a few items including a bottle of lemonade. Said bottle of lemonade tasted like cleaning supplies. We have tried that brand before and it hasnt been like that so we wanted to trade it out. Quintez informed us that there was nothing they can do about it. Never had an issue before. Idk what the issue was. Im certain a corporation such as Oncue can spare a few dollars for customer satisfaction. My business is fda regulated and yet we can still make right with products for returns. If that truly is policy its a poor way to run a business. Thanks

I have gone to several Oncues in the morning and each one was wonderful the people would know me so well I wouldnt even have to say what I want. They made it quick convenient and easy. I am now going through this stores drive thru every morning about 7am and have been for about 2 months now... I get the same guy almost everyday besides 1 business day and he is the slowest rudest employee I have encountered. Just this week I pulled up and he was sitting on a crate with his beanie pulled over his eyes sleeping when he noticed me he slowly moved it slowly stood up and slowly went to get my drink. I was the only car there and yet it still took at least 5 minutes. He hands me my drink and says nothing... I have even said ok well have a good day and he says nothing......I also had another bad experience when going inside the store to pay for gas they put my payment on someone elses pump and their payment on mine. I went back inside to say I didnt use all of it and the other guy was in there, they didnt know how to fix the issues so they told me to swipe my card for him to fill up.... ???? No, I will not do that. Luckily he didnt use the 20 and bcuz I would have actually lost money.Im really just surprised by the experiences I am having at this location.

Normally the best gas station on this side of town. They have been out of a lot of tobacco products recently, otherwise it would be rated a 5.

Good food selection. I would buy race fuel (110) octane if they offered it instead of having to go to vp on 240 or sinclair close to 23rd & douglas. I dont use any ethanol products & love that they have 100% fuel at every pump. I wonder why price is higher then other stations in the area for no-ethanol when their ethanol is usually less then other stations. Would give 5 stars if 100% was more competitive priced.

Clean bathrooms. Every type of gas short of 93. Pretty cool frozen yogurt bar. Tons off coffee and tea to choose from.

Rude cashiers, not friendly at all. Theres a red head that was rude, young around 20s, and didnt seemed to be focused on the customer instead would talk to her coworker.

I stop here occasionally. The location is excellent as well are the restrooms.

Over priced. Bangs are twice the price as across the street.
