I ordered a new fuel tuner got it in 3 days, when I went to hook it up it only had 2 plugs and not 4 like my Arctic Cat 1000 needed. I called big gun tech support and they informed me that there are 2 tuners with the same part # 1 is for a 700 and the other is for a 1000 only difference is the harness. I contacted hillery and gentlemen I spoke thought it was crazy like I did so he went to warehouse and found out that is true so he immediately dropped the new right one in the mail and I had it in 2 days flat with a return label for the wrong one to go back. Excellent customer service, very friendly and great prices! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Terrible experience with this company.. I saw that they had Trail Tech GPSs on sale for $206. I put one in my cart but didnt checkout at that moment because I wanted to make sure it would work on my bike and eliminate the hassle of a return, for both me and them. I called Hillary Motorsports to make sure it would fit, (told them that I had one in the cart), but they werent helpful at all and didnt know anything about the units so hung up with them and called Trail Tech technical department directly. They gave me the answer that I needed.and less than 15 minutes later I went back to my cart to finish the transaction and they had changed the price from the $206 to $249. I would understand if the sale was over, but they still have the same (different fitments) ones up for the $206, but just for the fact that they knew somebody wanted it, they change the price even though it was already in my cart.for the $206. Called them the next day to verify this was the way they did business. It is. So not only are they not knowledgeable about the products they sell they are an unscrupulous business. I would suggest that you would go elsewhere to spend your money. Terrible way of doing business.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: Having been in retail for 25 + years with my own shop, I learned a long time ago that sometimes you just have to eat your own mistakes and win the customer. The fact that the unit was already in my cart, the fact you had multiple units for the same price, and the fact that you changed the price within 15 minutes of me telling your employee on the phone that I wanted the unit if it fit, makes me very skeptical that my situation was an exception. Now, out of the 18 Google reviews dating back 2 years on your site, 12 five star reviews have been posted within the last 3 days. Hmmm . . . All over $43.00
