The best experience I have ever had in this store. Katie was amazing! She was very helpful in finding a new phone, she took the time to find us the best deal, and she was able transfer the most important information off a phone that was basically non-functioning. If you go to Verizon ask for Katie!!

My phone was acting crazy and the Miles City store was the closest store to me. I went in prepared to have to get a new phone but the young lady who helped me took care of my phone! She did a hard reboot and my phone is back to normal! I am very pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend this store if youre in this area!

I had just moved to town and my current phone carrier had terrible problems in this area so I decided to switch over to Verizon which I had been putting off knowing how much of a headache it can be trying to accomplish this,however this store has single-handedly changed my opinion about this. Upon entering the building I was immediately greeting by a very kind young women named Taylor who assured me it would be very simple and easy get me set up with a new phone and new plan. I was very impressed with both her professionalism and kindness as throughout the process she really strived to make the process and easy and fast as she could and within the hour I was headed home with a brand new phone, great service, and a wonderful impression of a great store and their fantastic employees.

Joyce was extremely helpful when I got my phone upgraded. It was great service and she answered all of my questions!

Katie is awesome. She ordered my phone and called me as soon as the new phone was in. Katie was able to switch the information from the old phone to the new phone quickly.

Made us pay $300 for a mistake that Verizon had made. Felt like associate was inexperienced and just didn’t want to help.

I went to the Verizon store in Miles City, Montana on 08-10-21. My sales rep was William Klamm. I am 72 years old . I am not real tech savvy. I figured the set up of my new phone would take 4 hours. It actually took just over an hour. Mr. Klamm did an outstanding job of explainingthings to me. His expertise and patience were outstanding. I will refer my elderly friends and anyone else to this great guy.

Today I went into Verizon in Miles City Montana. Received a different phone and had to have everything transferred over from my old phone. The gentleman that worked with me for some hours was very very patient and did an awesome job.

With the problems of switching my account over it was a real painful process, but the whole staff worked together and got it accomplished over a couple day period. They were in constant communication with me while the issue got resolved.
