Today I give 5 stars. This is based on employee friendliness. As I shopped Steven greeted me as he was busy sweeping the aisles, and asked if I was finding everything. Lorna was my cashier as I checked out, and she was super friendly and kept the conversation going as she scanned and bagged my items. Both of these employees should be recognized for going above and beyond for customer service. A big THANKS to Steven and Lorna for making my shopping experience much more enjoyable. 😊

Had a tire split rubber at the tread about 15 miles from miles city and needed tires asap to get home to Helena. As soon as they opened the 3 gentlemen whos names I should have grabbed, but they were the 3 working in the morning bright and early on the 3rd of October, 2021. They instantly got me in had the tires in stock even 👍🏼 they had me pull car up to the bay and it was less than a half hours time and I was walking out the door with a smile on my face. 1st time in a long time that I was impressed with a wal mart. Thank you guys for you time and for the amazing customer service.

Came here to grab some kombucha. They weren’t very well stocked. Checking out was incredibly slow. Not because there was a lot of people in line ahead of us it’s because the cashier was taking her sweet time.

I was at Walmart yesterday & bought nothing.Its like any other other Walmart.It was clean for the most part & there is something else,I know this for a fact because I worked for Walmart up until a couple yrs ago.All walmart & Sams club members are schooled on customer service & 1 part of that is the 10ft.Rule when you are out on the floor & are within 10 feet of a customer you are to greet them & ask if there is anything you can help them with.I bet for the many many times I have been there that NEVER happens......& I was there today nov.4th & did buy some things.Dont get me wrong most of there employees are very pleasant

Probably the best Walmart in a 200 mile radius! Its clean, not over crowded, and fairly well stocked,( considering the times we live in right now) . The only draw back is long check out lines. I am sure that they, like most other businesses cant find enough help. The lines are not to bad to wait in though seeing how this is eastern Montana, everyone around is friendly and will strike up a conversation. If you are within a 300 mile radius and need to go to Wal-Mart I highly recommend coming.

Got an oil change here and truly great and fast service! Additionally, because they did not have the tires I needed the manager spent time tracking down info so I could get the tires I needed! Nice guy and lived in MN too! Can’t beat that!

Need more people running registers, and not be so dependent on the self check out. Not enough space at self check out when you have a full cart of groceries!

I dont live in Mile City so I usually look forward to going but the last few time I have been there it so pathetic only one cashier and about 15 people in line ready to check out and I do t like doing self check but had no choice and still had to wait in line just to do the self check

Had a flat 80 mi. north of Miles City. Called Walmart Auto Center staff first thing Sun. morning & they said they had plenty of staff to look at my tire to see if it could be patched whenever I could get there but let me know they didn’t have anything new in my size (so I knew my options). They got me right in, fixed it & switched out the spare I’d limped into MC on in an hour while I shopped…all for $15! Saved me quite a bit by being open on Sun. so I didn’t have to pay an emergency surcharge of $100 or more. Appreciate their great service!

Nice sized Walmart, not to Big or to small. Just right with everything you could want from a Walmart

I drive 80 miles round trip to go to Walmart and by the time I get up there the shelves are still pretty empty and they never have enough check out people. So you have to stand in line it seems like forever and it is always hot in there.

Clean store, friendly employees, well-stocked, good prices. Also, they are serious when they say an item is on clearance! Highly recommend.

Out of shoes, socks, underwear and jeans. For the kids the diecast isle is bare. Obviously the new store manager does not walk the floor every morning with his staff taking notes on the problem areas. If you want I can teach him how to do his job effectively. Probably been with the company too long to care anymore.

HUGE shout out to the bakery, especially Nikki. They went out of their way to ensure my boyfriend working in Miles City had a birthday cake. I called yesterday morning from Rapid City, SD and they had it ready by that afternoon for his coworker to pick up. Super kind and did an awesome job for such a short notice. I am so pleased with my experience! Give that girl a raise!!!

Nice Wal-Mart. I get my vehicles oil changed here often. A very prompt attentive staff. My family got vaccinated here.

Absolutely terrible 9:00 in the evening on a Friday night trying to purchase some hunting supplies. Over a 30 minute wait and still no service some of the employees look at us like nothing and keep walking ask for help and they say not my department. Terrible service you should be ashamed.

No water in the shells. All the rest its good. OK.

Good food home cooked really tasty hot and brought to my table in7.5 minutes. Service with a smile very friendly staff. Excellent will definitely return for more orders.Recommend

I had a cash register guy named Bill checking us out older guy he was very uncooperativeTo put it the least I have an item that didnt have a it price tag just and he just stood there says. I then ask another casher to help get the price. My husband showed him where it was. My husband drives semi for a living we just stop real fast. He just stood there not even tryng to help. Are time is money too. He needs to do his job. I have a Autistic son who dose a better job then him and dose work.. He need to do his job or quite or if i was management i fire him it looks bad for the company have people like him

Its another Walmart. Not a large Walmart but most things seemed to be well stocked and the store was clean. They did however have a robotic floor cleaner out on the floor during high traffic shopping time which I found a bit strange. The machine was consistently blocking lanes and would just sit there waiting for shoppers to move. It seems to me that this would be better done during low traffic times. Not well thought out at all.

Nice walmart store. here you can find a lot of useful things. I was thinking not to post these pictures, but lady who is working at the salami and cheese department doesnt know anything about customer service. I wanted to buy some salami and I came to the desk 3 times, all 3 times she said she is busy with something else and doesnt have time to deserve me. really? may be she doesnt know her responsibilities and what things have priority.

They have a great automotive department thst is great 👍 on service. And now the seated waiting area is open too.

Lifesavers! Got a bubble on a tire and pulled into this little town, a d boom!! There was Walmart!! They replaced the bad tire and had me back on the road in 20 minutes at a fair price!!

Loss prevention is too busy following the wrong people and being overly obvious 😕 at least they are doing their job right

Clean and well kept, but like most Walmarts not many registers open.

I delivered early moring meat and produce at this establishment.I was blessed to have Ms Kayla unload several pallets for this store.Her politeness and professionalism set the atmosphere for me after a hard run from the Cheyenne DC.I can tell she loves her job and she does it well.I recognize talent when I see it and I would recommend her for management training.

Many of the employees are rude, and I even heard a manager cussing out another employee in the floor, but this wasnt the first time. Very immature and unprofessional. If Walmart had a competitor in prices,I would go there instead. If a store ever opens up that good, Ill go there instead.

Clean, had modtly what I wanted and no line at checkout.

I will not use self checkout,think I will start shopping at Amazon.

All the workers were very nice, they followed covid protocol pretty well, they could offer to help a little more just to be polite. They had everything I could really ever need, and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely go back here to shop.

Are people actively leaving reviews for Walmarts? Theyre everywhere and you should know youre getting yourself into. Like park benches or porta potties. You always walk in to one ready to be grossed out but fully expecting to use it regardless. Sometimes the sun shines on you and you get the one thats just been cleaned. The Walmart in Miles City is nicer than most.

Just like any Walmart has everything that you need and the lines werent too long at this one on the day I was there!

Stuff I needed was not in stock, just like normal. No 6 lb crisco, no a2 protein milk, you never have all the things for my baking which is why I normally shop elsewhere.

I shop at Walmart is a necessity. I dont generally ever like to go to Walmart for numerous reasons related to their business model. When you live in small remote towns sometimes its unavoidable.

I was new to the store and there was 0 customer service. When I went to the parking lot a elderly lady was trying to get help from the cart collector to load a case of water and he ignored her. I helped her with her water.

Walmart is the same wherever you go

Hardly anyone wears masks. They have no one standing at the door telling people to either put a mask on or leave. If my 5 year old 4 year old could understand this reasoning and be okay with wearing one than you can too.

Not many people wearing masks, not enforced here. I brought a bag of cuties Oranges. Left store, opened bag tried a few, all rotten. They selling people bad fruit. Wasted $4.13 on rotten oranges crooks!!!

Cashier had logged off but still helped. Thank you to her but this is the second time I have come in and there have been too few registers open for the amount of customers. It wasnt even 2 and no one was scheduled to come in until 5.
