The sign left said the Vision Store employee would be back at 2:30 and it is now almost three. If they plan on taking an super long lunch break then perhaps their sign should say when they will be back. Ive been standing here for forty minutes now and still no one has showed up. Very disappointed and will be calling to complain next week. Get it together Walmart.

I have worn glasses for 10 years and thought I would try. Walmart because of the price and the frames were cute! 2 months later and they are so scratched it’s unbelievable. I buy the special soft cloths to clean them also. Showed them to the clerk and they won’t do anything about it at all. Said it was my fault! Never going back again.

Eye dr was willing to try multiple options in contact lenses until we found what worked. Much cheaper and more knowledgable then our local eye dr.

Aweful service. Ordered contacts in October to be shipped to my home. Called multiple times to inquire as to where they were and received very rude service. Its now December and I still have not received my order. Called again to try to get a refund and the women was completely rude again.
