Mobility works was an absolute pleasure to work with! Maryellen worked with me to find the perfect van for my needs. She was kind and extremely helpful! I had my van for 2 weeks when my wife had passed away. During an already difficult time for me, mobility works worked with me to return my van. The General Manager Mike was so helpful throughout this process. Upon returning my van I was consoled by several members of the Mobility Works team. The professionalism Mike showed me while returning my vehicle was outstanding. If you’re looking for a vehicle that is handicap accessible look no further. Mobility works has so many options and the friendliest staff around.
Even with our budget restraints, Maryellen worked diligently to locate a van for us. Her customer service was excellent. She kept in touch with us with every update so we never had to guess what was going on. If one van didnt suit us, she just kept looking and trying to find another. She is totally focused on the customers needs and works smart for the buyer. This is the place to find the van to meet your mobility needs and Maryellen is the one to see. Thank you Maryellen and Mobility Works.
From Day 1, my experiences with MobilityWorks have been absolutely phenomenal! They truly realize that this is not a usual car-buying experience. The customer service we have received from MaryEllen and Kelly has been nothing short of extraordinary! They always want to make sure we are happy and that our Van is in tip-top shape and doing what is needed. I would recommend MobilityWorks to anyone! They truly make you feel you are cared for and you feel part of their family!
Top shelf. First time here and I can say this is the way to deal with customers. Brought van in for work on our Braun lift and it could not have gone better. They were honest and let me know that my problem was only adjustments. Mike Omeara followed up with me several times by phone. We will come back for any service needs and probably to purchase a new vehicle as well when the time comes.
Weve used MobilityWorks (Parkville, MD) for many years (originally RideAway). It is a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable group of people. Despite being bought by a big company, this branch has lost none of its local company feel and customer-first approach to service. In particular, we are grateful to have been helped by Sherry Jones, their sales rep. She is a lovely, caring, and highly knowledgeable person. She spent hours with us, looking at different style vans. We never felt rushed or pressured. We feel we got a very fair price on the 2016 Chrysler Town & Country handicapped minivan. Sherry delivered it to us today in Sterling, VA, explained all its features. We were delighted with every part of this transaction. Thank you Sherry and MobilityWorks. Mike & Jenny B., Sterling, VA
I purchased a Braun ability automatic side entry van from this location and couldn’t be happier. Maryellen was so helpful and patient as I kept changing my mind. She made sure I got the vehicle that was right for me.
The service I received was prompted and correct. The manager of service treated my needs with all of the concerns I come to expect, when service is needed! Good job!
Everyone at this location is Awesome, and Jack Donavan is wonderful . They truly care about making sure their customers are satisfied with the vehicles they purchase . I highly recommend this location and Mobility works if you need adaptations in your transportation area of your life .Nina Merle
Finally, there’s a wheelchair company in my back yard. I no longer need to drive on the other Baltimore to get my wheelchair van serviced. Ride Away in Parkville is a spacious building with a warm and friendly setting. This is the place to go to have your current wheelchair serviced, or upgrade to a brand new van that is totally reliable. If your in a wheelchair like myself, then this place is going to be a must need in your life!
Had our van serviced that we recently purchased there and received very prompt and courteous service.
Great service, quality wheelchair vehicles
Our car was damaged on their lot while getting a lift installed. Despite the salesperson saying they would take care of it when we took possession of the car, they are now refusing to pay for the damage done to our car on their lot, will not return our calls or emails, nor will they give us information on how to contact their corporate office. We have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We chose to work with Mobilityworks because they were recommended by the manufacturer of the lift. We will never choose to work with them again and strongly discourage anyone else from entrusting them with your vehicle. We have also put in a complaint with the lift manufacturer to stop using Mobilityworks as a certified installer of their product. The way they have handled the situation with our vehicle is extremely unprofessional and downright disrespectful.
