Great collection especially fragrances and very organized store with wonderful staff. Always someone there if you have any question and almost everyone there kind of professional experts and of course helpful. The only reason Im giving them 4 stars because of the size of the store, which could be bigger!

Always has what Im looking for. Store is organized. Really I could find most of the products elsewhere for less but if im already there ill spend the extra to not have to go to another store.

Great store. Kelly at the salon did my hair. She took the time to listen to what I want done. So,yes I will be going back it took a long time to fine a good hair dresser. Thank you for everything. Also she came in early for my appointment. That is great customer service. This is her if any one need a good hair cut kelly at @kayjakub_beauty. So please ✔️ her out at Ulta Beauty in milford mall. Had to up date bring my daughter to ultra and yes Kelly did it again five stars. Thank you so much. She was so good with my little one.

My review is specifically for the salon at the Milford, CT ULTA location. I love the team there! Anthony is amazing with color, which is both a science and an art, and Galina also did a great job with my color a few months ago. Anthony and Galina give fabulous blow-dry service as well and they are friends so its not awkward if I end up with one or the other when I book. Also, you really cant go wrong with anyone on the team! I have a hectic work schedule so have booked with Tina (many times), Melissa and Kelly based on my schedule and all do a great job. My only critique is that you cant pay at the salon even though they have cash registers there. It is a huge inconvenience at times having to wait on the long cosmetic purchase line to check out when its busy and it seems like it would be an easy fix. I definitely recommend this location, though.

I usually would never write a review for a store, but I hope someone sees this from the store and does something. I went to this location yesterday, 9/24/19, around 5-6 PM, for the first time in like a year. When I used to go here, someone would always ask if I needed help and if I did, proceed to be so nice and help me find everything in the right color, etc.. Yesterday, not one employee was to be found for like 20 mins, when I couldnt find a specific brand. Then, randomly a few employees were at the makeup counter, doing each others make up chatting about their lives like they were at their house. I actually felt like a bother asking for help. Just no kind How can I help you? or anything like that. When I asked for a color match, someone literally pulled out a shade, put it on my neck a little and said I like this on you. Tried ONE shade. So I just helped myself the rest of the time, playing around with the testers until I found the perfect match, like previous employees had sat me down and done for me. This just annoyed me because I know so many people that would love that job, who would actually LOVE to help people (basically what the company Ulta is all about). :/

DONT !! get your eyebrows done from here . Specially from Amber. She waxed my whole eyebrow off. I literally left crying the store. When I asked why she did it I was told oh I have signed the consent to take the whole responsibility if anything like that happens. Mind you the paper she handed me to sign was the COVID-19 document she didn’t say anything about consent. When the manager was called she was like oh sorry. There is nothing we could do they tried to just ignore the fact that my whole eyebrow was gone. I was told that she can wax the other brow to match the messed up one. Are you effing kidding me!?!? They are worsttttt!! And the manager Zareen is no better. Don’t waste your day & money !!! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I love going to this Ulta its in my local mall I love all things sparkly and I love my brushes above my perfumes so I love this store there was a lot of people on the floor today however only one person said hello to us but thats all she did was say hello. Ive been working on my eyebrow game and going in there today if someone approach me and even asked me if I was looking for anything special from anyone those of the numerous counters I probably would have sat in the chair and spent $100 but nobody asked me if I wanted any services and there were plenty women at the counters

I came into Ulta for a new eyebrow pencil. I am not a huge makeup person. I do use it but in a subtle manner -This particular day the Two Faced Company was having a launch party in the store- I was feeling funky since it was my birthday and wanted advice on a good lipstick shade. LUIGI TREJO helped me and WE HAD A BLAST! I can honestly say I had so much fun and he listened to what I liked- he didnt push any products on me and just let me enjoy seeing what worked for me! I wound up buying some stuff that I love and am using everyday! Enjoy!

This store is confusing. They either have staff clumped together at one section of the store or nowhere to be found. Hours are posted on a micro poster as open at 10 AM but regardless of the time there is never a person in the brow bar. I am uncomfortable with the customers who are creepy wondering zombies. This is an East Coast problem I fear. The temperature in the store is so warm its too comfortable and creates a sleepy atmosphere. Wakeup! Get it together! Hire better and turn down the heat to 65°-68°

Employees are horrible. There’s only one nice person and it’s the guy with glasses and blue hair. They’re never willing to help. They make you feel uncomfortable and the lead cashier with tattoos literally dropped all my products like three times I felt like she did it on purpose as she giggled doing it.

I usually never have any issues at ULTA but I was there this Tuesday 1/8/2019 and had a different experience. It seemed like I was really at Best Buy because one of the employees (who by the way had no ear piece or anything but clearly worked there) seemed to end up everywhere I was. I wasn’t alone, I was with a friend, her mom and her young baby and we were shopping. I can understand if you ask if I need any help once but every aisle I went in he seemed to be too and watched to the point where I was uncomfortable. I felt like I could test anything because his eyes were on me the whole entire time. I’m all for security but don’t make it to the point where you just want to walk out! Hopefully the next time I visit this guy isn’t there.

Okay so first of all, the store is not arranged in the most convenient order. And almost everything is OUT OF STOCK!!!!. Most of the drugstore brands like maybelline, nyx, loreal never have their shelves restocked. I cant find the lipstick or the foundation in the shade I want. I have been to other Ulta Beauty stores before and I must say that this is the WORST ever!!! Everything is out of stock and the staff is rude too!!!!

If you cant find it there they dont make it( anything for beauty=hair makeup perfumes tools etc)great prices!

If you need anything at the salon, go to Kelly! I literally got the best cut and color ever and she’s super sweet!

Need more men products but a great store

The way I was treated there today was sickening. My friends and i were told by the security guard that the the four of us including a five year old child were being suspicious by standing around together. The guard then yelled at us and told us to never come back. We went to the manager to explain what happened and he paid us no mind. I am deeply disheartened by this matter and I have reported this store to corporate.

Everytime I come into this place they think Im gonna steal something!Ive had women who work there stand in front of me and watch me so obviously its ridiculous.I saw women RIP open freshly closed boxes that had been sealed with tape then put them right back clearly ruined with the packaging stuffing pulled out but I get focused on? I told another worker there and he shrugged me off.I love ulta for the brands they offer and get on almost any deal given but Im tired of being followed around the store until I leave. I get normal security but the Male security guard was literally in EVERY aisle I went to. What a way to make women feel safe while shopping alone. Me and my husband were very offended. Id give 5 stars but with the amount of harrassment I received I wouldnt be surprised if they just didnt care.

These people are the worst. I literally was followed while shopping.. it made my experience so akward. The manager is cold unless you look like Barbie. and the store is turning into a trans club than a womens store, every since the manager came. I dont care do you, but when your working in a womens store. Be nice to women. The boys that work there are sooooo rude. I missed when it was all girls. Legit when you walk in everyone stares but when you need help they ignore you and dont know anything about products.I try to avoid this shop and go online. And god forbid i ask how many points i have at thr register... they get so annoyed. Please clear out the staff and make more inviting people.
