Finally was able to make the drive over to here and I’m not exaggerating when I say this, but hands down the best donuts I have ever had!!! I live in the Boston area and none of the popular donut places close by even come close to the quality of donuts here. I highly recommend the creme brûlée donut. The pop tarts are also just amazing and I’m telling you, the everything bagel donut is a must try! I can’t say enough by about how much I love their donuts! The owner is also super pleasant and the shop is so cute!Be sure to follow them on social media since they’re always coming up with new flavors! You will not be disappointed. You’re welcome ☺️

Made the trek all the way up to Milford MA this morning to check out Basic Batch Donuts. I heard about this spot from another donut lover that came up here. I have to say that it was really worth the trip to try these amazing delicious donuts. Definitely the best day to come and know your gonna get some donuts are Wednesday. Didnt have any trouble, make this a must stop in your donut tour.

Donuts were amazing. I had driven by so many times later in the day and finally was able to go. The chocolate glazed is easily the best I ever had. The donuts were great and not to greasy. The fritter was so good and had actual blueberries in it.

I never had donuts like these before, yummmmm!The dough was fluffy, light and just bouces back nicely after a bite.We got the smores, glazed, blueberry cheesecake, cherry pie, brookie (Brownie and cookie mix), cinnamon bun, maple bacon 🥓 😃.

I just love it here. The staff is so friendly at 7am, and the donuts are AMAZING. Anything with peanut butter or a fruit filling is my fave, and the glazed is kind of like Krispy Kreme. Im obsessed.

If you like really, really sweet donuts this may be for you, but I found them sickly sweet. A family member who liked bacon donuts from Union Square donuts did NOT like that here. The bacon was really unpleasant tasting and I couldnt eat a bite of it. The jelly donut had way too much filling. Like eating a full container of very cheap jelly.The staff was pleasant and store clean.

This is my 3rd time going (I live kind of far from it) but they always have a good variety of donuts and they are always fresh. All 3 times we get a dozen which is a lot of donuts because they are so big but because the donuts are so fresh they stay good at home for a couple days making the long drive one million percent worth it! Maple bacon is definitely my favorite!!! 🤤🤤

The donuts here are good. There’s a lot of unique flavors to try, but they do change monthly. The blueberry cheesecake and cherry pie donuts were my favorite. There aren’t many great options when it comes to donuts in Massachusetts, but Basic Batch Donuts is definitely worth trying.

I only like good donuts. Not mass produced stuff. I had a craving for a really good donut and stumbled on Basic Batch. It was a wonderful surprise to find a great donut shop so close to home! Well definitely be back!

There are not too many specialty donut shops in our area. We went Sunday morning, my husband and I were super excited to try it out and I am glad that we did. Let me just say, do not get discouraged when you pull in and see a line. That is just a sign that these donuts are AMAZING! The line moves quickly, so do not hesitate to join in. The shop is cute, clean, and the staff is friendly. They suggested the Months specials to us, and helped us with speed and a smile. My husband loved the coffee. We got half a dozen donuts, each one was too good to put down. Definitely recommend trying to share versus trying to sample more than one on your own. The cake-like style donut was soo fresh, and basic...but delicious! Even something as simple as the glazed donut was tasty. Pricing is right in line with any other specialty donut shops. Support Local....We Will definitely be back!

I relocated to Florida recently but Basic Batch, hands down has the BEST cinnamon buns! Their donuts are huge as well and super flavorful. If your work a office and want to treat the staff, definitely go to Basic Batch and get a dozen or two haha you can even cut the donuts in 4 pieces and everyone can try them all. Cant wait til I go up and visit because Im headed to Basic Batch first!

I never write reviews but since this is a relatively new small business, I wanted to hype them up! Went in on a Thursday morning around 8:30AM and no line which was lovely! The shop is so cute. The donuts though!!!!! The donuts were absolutely delicious. The blueberry cake donut is unbelievable. We had their specialty vanilla cream and cookies n cream which were a huge hit. The original glaze was also amazing. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area

Oh my goodness, what’s not to like about this place?! Went for the first time this morning.. got there a little after 7:30 and no line!! The place is super cute and welcoming and the girls working the counter were very nice.The coffee is delicious, and the donuts... oh the donuts are SO GOOD! My husband was skeptical and thought they’d be dry, but the first thing out of his mouth after trying the fruity pebbles donut was “oh my god!” These donuts are no joke.. the fluffiness and freshness is out of this world.At $3.50 each, you get your money’s worth - they’re huge! Plus, that is the average price for these kinds of gourmet donuts. Way better than any big chain donut/coffee place. Everything about this shop exceeded my expectations and we can’t wait to come back! Great addition to the area!

Can’t believe some of the low star reviews. Every time I’ve been to this donut shop, the donuts have been absolutely delicious. The line exists in part due to covid restrictions of 6 people (including their 3 staff) inside at once. So far my favorite donut has been the gingerbread flavor. My husband loves the Samoa and Blueberry. Really, you can’t go wrong with whichever you choose. These are artisanal donuts with prices in line with any other bakery. Unfortunately, Dunkin has us all trained to think a $1 donut is normal and, perhaps worse, edible. Treat yourself to one of these Basic Batch donuts, there’s no going back. Now I’m concerned for my waistline since this is on my morning commute! Lucky coworkers!

I have never in my life chosen a plain glazed donut but oh my goodness these are a 10/10! I don’t usually enjoy anything cream filled but the creme brûlée, hostess and Boston cream are so delicious! Maple bacon and fruity pebbles round it out so there’s something for all taste buds! And if you’re a fan of cake donuts, boom! They have you covered there too with chocolate, blueberry, and others!The music and decor are a 90s dream, the donuts are so delicious and the staff is so friendly! The donut flavors are so good and seasonally changing so it’s always exciting to check back again or go back for a staple flavor like an old friend. Add a cinnamon roll, a pop tart, a donut hole or a cookie, you won’t be disappointed!

Heard about this new shop and the pictures of the donuts looked awesome. Unfortunately, they look better than they tasted. It had been so long since I had a good cake donut, I was looking forward to them, but both the chocolate (mint) and the blueberry were not good. Very dry, overfried, and the oil tasted like it needed to be changed. The jelly was the best one... the mixed berry jelly was great and the other airy donuts were good, but not WOW. All the toppings were great, it is just too bad the donuts this Sat. am were not better (esp at the price of almost $4 each! ).

My husband and I went for the first time last weekend. Although the line was long, it moved quickly. The staff were friendly and it was super cute inside. The donuts were absolutely delicious! Melt in your mouth good!! Our kids LOVED them too! Our favorite were the chocolate frosted, the cinnamon sugar and the cinnamon roll.

Lots to choose from. 45 min ride from home to get a few..many to get. Usually buy a couple. Plenty of parking. Lines move fast. Pleasant service.

These donuts are so delicious and totally worth waiting in line for. If you can get your hands on a Maple Bacon I highly recommend it. Im normally a plain/cake fan, but the Maple Bacon is like taking a bite of French Toast, Waffles, and Pancakes. Breakfast in donut form, its amazing. The Pop Tarts are a sneaky treat too. Pastry strudel dream come true. Perfect amount of filling and frosting. The Oreo also became an unexpected favorite. I could go on...The thing about Basic Batch is that they make REAL donuts. If youre used to a life of Dunkin, youre likely not used to quality, hand-made, yeast-raised donuts. I love that this business is run by a young pastry chef who knows exactly what shes doing. I cant wait for more flavors. It looks like she was experimenting with her recipes before they opened so I know theres more to look forward to. I cant wait. Welcome to the neighborhood Basic Batch!

My roommate brought a honey glazed donut back from this place and holy moly mother of god, it was amazing. I honestly believe these donuts could end conflicts and bring about world peace.

They usually sell out by 9am on Saturdays, apparently. So I only got to try their donut holes. Pretty good, but not enough to form a real judgement about the place. Their cinnamon spice tea is good, but VERY strong.

Inhaled a Dozen!! Light and Fluffy raised donuts. Cake donuts fried perfect. Crisp, Not greasy at all. Blueberry donut was a gem. Crispy outside - fresh fruit flavor interior! The strawberry glaze on the fruity pebbles donut - amazing. Highly Recommend!

If you are in the Milford area, you have to stop in for some donuts! There is no place like this around here. They are so fluffy, and the perfect amount of sweetness. They are super efficient, the entire place was super clean, and everyone was very respectful and wore their masks! I am so coming back here!

When I first saw them on my newsfeed I simply assumed these would be some over done donuts and completely a wash. WELL, one day I was one my way to my favorite bakery but ALAS it was closed due to covid. So I was desperate and decided to wait in line for Donuts. WELL LET ME TELL YOU, the wait was worth it. EVERY SINGLE DONUT of the TWELVE donuts I bought were absolutely delicious, light, fluffy, and the perfect balance. Im not the biggest fan of donuts but I am a fan of this new business! A MUST TRY.

Not a fan, I got 4 donuts at a cost of $14.00That’s $3.50 a piece !!They are large in size and some specialty flavorsI ate a glazed raised donut about an inch and a half thick and very dense, not light and airy like A raised a doughnut normally would be.It must’ve been previously refrigerated it had a chill to it and no real flavorDefinitely a waste of money if you’re buying for children two bites would be enough and would end up throwing it away the rest .I brought the remaining three to work people opened up the cover they just closed it back againI realize everybody’s taste is different but when you have been eating donuts for over 60 years you know what a real donut is

The gourmet 🍩 are soft and fluffy. The glazed my husband said reminds him a good Krispy Kreme feel. Check their Instagram for updates on if they sold out for the day or what selection they have available.

Not sure where all these people have been getting donuts from but, this place is the worse. Went ahead and stood in line 🙄 got a dozen for almost 50dls with a coffee!!! One bite and that was it for me. Unbelievably sweet. My kids took two bites and threw them back in the box. Not worth it. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So this is your typical artisan doughnut place. They taste delicious. I feel they are expensive but that is the cost of gourmet anything. I like to judge doughnut places on their jelly doughnuts and this place knocked it out of the park. I wont be going here everyday but it will definitely be a treat every once in a while. Pro tip if you work in the Milford area get a dozen for your coworkers and be the hero of the day!
