Brian offered to work with me to find a less toxic sealer for my bathroom floor than the sealer he typically uses. After a lot of back and forth, I selected a new sealer. But he decided he didnt want to use it and stopped communicating with me. Wouldnt return calls or texts. The level of professionalism seems low.
