I called to arrange a pre purchase inspection on a used Porsche that I’m considering. I was told that they don’t do those. I asked if they could recommend a garage that did. They couldn’t help with that either; “we don’t recommend anyone for prepurchase inspections because then we’d be liable”. I’m old enough to have a lot of experience with this service. I’ve never had a dealership tell me that they don’t do these, or at least recommend someone who does.

They had to replace some air conditioning sensor which is apparently coming from Germany and much delayed, leaving me without a car - because they can’t return a car that doesn’t pass the recall, which the sensor was preventing. So they gave me an emergency loaner while they found another part in their network, overnighted it from Texas, and gave me my fixed car back. Superb example of going above and beyond and using their network to overcome the backlogs we are all experiencing. Highly recommended.

Going to Porsche Marin feels like visiting old friends. Gary and Weis are always very welcoming, courteous, and thoughtful. They are very detailed oriented and make sure that everything is perfect. If they dont have a car available for your use, the waiting room is comfortable and the entire staff is very friendly.

To those who plan to buy, sell and/or service your car in this location. STAY AWAY from this dealership (Indigo Auto Group)!!!Took my car in for an appraisal on 9/20/21 and the selling price was close to what I was looking for (I did have a CarMax appraisal with me). In addition, I decided to order a 911 as my replacement. Everything went smooth until I stepped out of this dealership. The sales person (E) told me the check will be mailed to me within a week or two. One week later, I followed up with him and he said the process will take a week or two. Two and a half week later I followed up with him again and he said he hasnt heard back from the office, and when I asked who I can escalate, nothing!! Called his office, his cell, the sales manager (D) office, cell, all voice mail with no response.I ended up calling Porsche North America (thank you Larry) and he was able to get in touch with this dealership (with a case number) and the dealership promised him to call me back that same day in order to settle the issue. Half day later, nothing, so I decided to drive there and talked to them in person. As soon as I told them why I was here, the lady (N), whom Larry talked to, said she would need to talk to the GM (which never happened as I looked at her the whole way), instead she went into the office and handed me a check right away. Once I received the check, I saw the invoice date was 9/21/21!!! They could have send me the check the next day but instead they decided to keep it until I escalated 3 weeks later.I ended up cancelling my order, and along with my Porsche friends, will buy our future Porsches elsewhere.Again, I highly encourage you to stay away from Porsche Marin and Indigo Auto Group as a whole.

The service team was very responsive when I was having issues with my Macan’s transfer box. They rode around with me and identified the issue. Then proceeded to fix my car as well as upgrade other parts that had been recalled. Weis Popal was very professional and looked after me.

Great experience with the parts department. They were able to source a new wheel bolt for me and ship it to their store at a very competitive price.Part actually arrived 3 days early. When I got there, I was able to borrow their master key lock set to take off the old bolts and replace them. Staff was really patient and went out of their way to address my issue. Will likely be my future to-go for parts and service.

Purchased a 60k car from them less than a month ago, brett was in constant contact with me when it came to making a sale, once he did and i purchased the car he would no longer answer the phone, no call back when left multiple messages. i feel as if i made the sale for them extremely easy and effortless as i had good credit, completed all of the documents the day before prior to coming and seeing the car to make the purchase much faster. put down a 15k downpayment as well as all of the extra packages he had wanted me to purchase thinking it was worth it.. now knowing it was not. nicole told me she would email me all of my documents i had signed to purchase the car within the hour, did not send me the car documents until almost a week and many phone calls later, knowing i drove two hours away to get the car i trusted they would send me the documents right away. something that should have been amazing for me turned into a headache. i had more questions about the car after the fact of buying it and they said to call at anytime if i had questions or concerns yet never heard from them again. made me feel as if they sold me a problematic car as they would not answer the phone or constantly transfer me to someone else which would always lead to a automatic voicemail. i was planning on coming back to buy another custom car but unfortunately they are unprofessional; i will not be buying a car from them again.

Worth the wait! In this COVID-19 environment everything has been slowed, delayed or cancelled. After months of waiting my SUV arrived and it is everything I hoped it would be. More than the vehicle I’ve made lifelong friends in Mike, Xavier and Derrell. Their customer service, knowledge and professionalism is through the roof. They made me feel like a loved family member. A special thanks to Porsche Marin, and especially service advisor Weis Popal, for coming to our rescue when engine exhaust issues stranded us while vacationing far from our home in Oregon. Weis was able to work us into a very heavy service work schedule, diagnose the issue, order parts flown in from Germany, fix the problem and get us on our way home with a minimum of delay. He also kept his fully informed on the status of our Cayenne diesel during the process. We consider this going above and beyond what we would normally expect and are very grateful!!

Brought my Cayenne in for a major service. Geoff was very professional and responded quickly to questions. He was also very transparent and accommodating when an unexpected issue with the powerplant came up. He explained the issue in enough detail without being patronizing about the consequences of leaving the problem unresolved. Would bring back for future maintenance.

Great factory service as usual. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and once again, the service department stepped up and found an issue that I thought might be a mechanical problem. Fixed under warranty and gave me a loaner car to drive home when the repairs were taking longer than expected. A pleasure and exception in the dealer/service world. Ill be back next year for my annual service.
