This is a great place to get high quality water at a reasonable price. The employees are good to child and I, they can incredibly upbeat, which Can be annoying when it’s not authentic, but that’s not the case here. They’re good people, genuinely caring, and every time I’ve gone in I’ve gotten closer and closer to writing a review for them, because they deserve it. I’m grateful to have a good source for uncontaminated water.

We love Water & Wellness! Weve tried multiple types of water they offer. I think mineralized was one and high ph was another? We swing by for a few refills of oxygenated water every few weeks. Friendly, helpful employees who are always willing to go the extra mile:)

Ramon is someone you MUST meet. One of the nicest humans you will ever have the joy to be around. The store has a very organic vibe and is waaayyyyy more than just healthy water. I was so touched by my experience at this store today I had to share it with everyone. My dad usually picks up distilled water for all of our family at this location however he has been admitted to the hospital due to COVID. I came today to this store having no idea how the processes worked with refilling our bottles.The person helping me at this store after hearing the story of why my Dad wasn’t there to refill our bottles told me everything was on the house. Their staff refilled our bottles and helped me load them in my car. I am overwhelmed by witnessing such kindness from someone that didn’t even know me. Me and my family will be loyal customers to this water distribution center for the rest of our lives.
The kindest staff 💕 so helpful and friendly! I will be coming back every time I run out of their delicious water.

Love this water fill up spot. I used to get reverse osmosis from Wholefoods but during covid they stopped allowing water refills. I came across Water Wellness and have been going there ever since. I also purchased a hydro water generator there and I use it everyday. The guys there will fill the water for you and always offer to help me load it. Great spot, highly recommend. I visited this place twice before reviewing. On my first visit the what I assume is the store manager filled my bottle up with alkaline water for free the first time, and let me tell you this water is amazing, I went back today and bought 4, 3 gallon jugs for my house, and I got a card for 10 free gallons of water. If you dont like what is in city water, this is the place for you.
Water wellness is my favorite place. And they are always keeping everything extremely sanitary. All employees have always warn masks during the COVID epidemic, which makes me feel very safe getting my water there. They have always had mandate signage for masks posted since the mandate and like I said they have been wearing masks since before the mandate ;) I absolutely love their water and feel it’s the cleanest water you can get in the valley.Treat yourself today, and change your life.Also they have so many IMMUNE boosting products these perilous times ! This is hands now the greatest Vortex in this city! This is the closest experience my daughter and I can find that mirrors that of being in Paia in Maui which is on the top ten list of happiest beach towns in the world!The atmosphere is so beautiful and inspiring! And so many guys with the most amazing energy there to help you with your water and to take it out to your car for you.Ramon is one one of the most memorable characters I’ve met in Salt Lake! The staff here are so helpful. Theyll help get your water jugs in and out, if you need it. We get the distilled, Alkaline water. So much better than fluoridated tap water.

Ive been going to here and the service is friendly and kind and they would help you if you ask for the help and the water is good and nutrition Ive been feeling way different ever since Ive drink there water more energy and less hydrated.
UPDATE:Water& wellness sent me photos of their store front today, Now with large signage stating to wear a mask. And there is curbside delivery as an option!!I am so grateful they took action steps, and I’ve updated my rating. I’ll need to refill our water again in a few weeks, and if their signage and masks are still being displayed and worn, I’ll probably give them full stars again.Whoever reached out to be seemed quite kind, and I’m grateful for the care around this issue.*******Prior to covid times, this would have had full stars.Throughout this pandemic however, there are has been seemingly NO effort to create a safe environment for shoppers in their store.In our family, we have people in the higher risk category for covid, and we choose to be diligent in our safety when going anywhere. We also try to drink the best water we can, but after today---seeing absolutely NO masks being worn by customers or employees, no signs asking people to wear a mask or socially distance, and from what I could tell from the outside, no hand sanitizing stations...I got water elsewhere.It saddens me that this establishment is choosing to jeopardize the health of some of their customers through their reckless actions.Its a small store, && theres people walking in and out all day, not wearing masks. Up until today, we would just tough it out and get our water.But the last time we got water, we actually brought the lack of mask wearing / signage / sanitation to their attention. We also called and spoke to a manager. I think he said his boss did not want to mandate masks for his employees or customers.Salt lake county STILL has an active mask mandate, and they are actively ignoring that mandate. They are actively putting the ego and pride of customers who dont want to wear masks above the LIVES AND WELLBEING of customers who have underlying health conditions.Theres just so much ignorance in what theyre doing. It bums me out.At least now I know water & wellness doesnt care about people, and they will not be receiving our business unless their seriously change their actions, and prioritize safety and health over their egos.

Love everything! Great staff, very helpful even a previous employee helped us out. A lot if great things here for the Yogi or just clean living! Water is delicious and we got our first fill free with purchase of a glass bottle. Also the only place I found nearby that had 5 gallon glass bottles!
I have been going here for years and have followed every move. I use the distilled water for my Cpap machine. Always helpful, always friendly and nice. Im older and they carry my jugs in and out to my car. You have to go and see the art work. Great place.

Just recently, due to health problems. we called to make arrangements with Walter to deliver a good supply of water to us. BEWARE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. HORRIBLE customer service. The first time I went in I was uneasy with all the employees I interacted with calling me sunshine or sweetheart. When I handed my card to the cashier he caressed my hand. I was nervous and uncomfortable, then to walk my water to my car an older man, the owner I assume, linked his arm with mine WITHOUT asking me and walked me to my car. That was the first time I went, I tried to excuse them convinced that they were just overly way too friendly and I was overreacting. The second time I went two of the employees made a SEXUAL INNUENDO about how one of them would start with me and the other male would finish on me. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE.Ive never made a review before, but Im so baffled by the treatment that I feel strongly enough to warn other customers.
