Just picked up some T-shirts that Spilt Ink/Huge Brands printed for me and the whole process was super smooth. I emailed them my graphic, the sizes I needed, etc. and they quickly responded with a bid. I approved the final proof and they had the shirts done quickly and they look awesome. Id definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any other t-shirt printing I need done in the future.

Our company wanted to start producing merchandising roughly 18 months ago and chose this local company to handle it. Local is better, right? Unfortunately, that doesnt seem to be the case. We usually send interns to pick up the orders the marketing manager places but recently we have been informed by one intern that he had very negative experience during one pickup earlier this year that he wasnt sure was worth mentioning. Our intern watched 3 men (2 who turned out to be the owner and one of the sales managers) screaming at and berating an employee in broad daylight. He said he stayed in his vehicle until they left but heard quite clearly the entire conversation and was stunned by some of the terrible things being said. He heard one of the management scream you should just quit at the employee until the employee did just that. He said it seemed they were trying to create a hostile work environment purposefully. This conversation opened up further red flags in our department with other employees who had been to Huge Brands (Spilt Ink). An assistant cited seeing beer cans out in the open of the display room at 9AM and the dirtiness of some of the display samples, many mentioned the constant rotation of different receptionists all year with varying degrees of long wait times as they tried to navigate the system, the fact almost never were new interns asked to verify the order number which this could eventually cause a security breech within our own company or cause wrongly picked up merchandise, our marketing manager also made mention that the sales agent seemed perpetually hungover as did his superior.Its sad our interns didnt think we would care about this kind of thing especially when it goes against the core values of our business that we would not want to work with another company that doesnt truly value its employees or that will not treat them with respect or at the very least, with a fair professionality. Id hate to see what is happening behind closed doors but we will not work with abusive management period. It suffices to say we have removed our account from their worklog and moved on to another company.

Disappointed in their customer service and lack of accountability and communication with customers. Too bad, used to be a good company to order from.

Ive hired these guys to print shirts a couple times. Each time they were very easy to work with. Explained the process to me when I was a newbie, gave me a straightforward quote and delivered high quality work. They arent the cheapest outfit in town but that speaks to their work more than anything else...

I loved working with Spilt Ink! Super friendly and helpful, and they did a wonderful job with our order. They were able to use the brands of shirts we wanted, helped make sure our designs and colors would turn out great, and the quality of the print job was perfect. We are lucky to have such an affordable, quick, and quality screen printing company in SLC. I will come back to Spilt Ink for all our merchandise needs!

Rarely do things work out as smoothly and cost effectively as they did with Spilt Ink. Their price was significantly lower than other placed I had quote, they were fasted than they said they would be, and the quality is amazing. So happy to have connected with them and look forward to future projects together.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Spilt last summer, BUT: Meg was brought on board and made sure that Spilt would make up for it. This summer they took care of a project for me in lightning fast time and the product looks great. The whole staff was super friendly when I went to pick up the order, and it means a lot to me that theyd make sure to get this taken care of during their busy season with no questions asked and in less time than originally quoted. Spilt Ink has been my go to for all kinds of shirts and shwag for the last few years. They are good folks and do a good job, and the prices are often hard to beat...Ill keep using them in thee future.

Ive had all of my screen printing done at Spilt Ink since finding them over three years ago. Theyve always been easy to work with and produced quality work.I recently brought an order to them. The order ended up having some issues, which was disappointing given the fact that Id never had anything but perfection from them. I discussed the problems with the order and they took care of me and made it right. And they did this without complaining to me or questioning me.Their rectifying this problem further insured that I will continue to give them my business and I will continue to recommend them to others. Its easy to be a happy customer when everything goes right, but eventually mistakes happen because were human. When these things happen, and they are dealt with responsibly and respectfully is what matters most.Thank you Spilt Ink. You guys are damn fine folks.

The shirts were exactly what we wanted. Make sure to take your time while telling them what you want and a measurement of how big you want it to be. If you come prepared, they will get it right.

Unprofessional staff, proofs looked ok but the actual shirts were a big disappointment. Both the garments and the printing were poor quality. I ordered these for a corporate event and I didnt feel they represented our company well at all.
