Great to work with, just didnt have the pointe slippers I was after. Best!

Terrible at fitting! Just because they “feel” good on the dancers feet doesn’t mean they are properly fitted! We are now out over $100 dollars for shoes that were wrong and dangerous to dance on. Refuse returns even though only worn for 30 min because strings sewn on- the only way to get a true fit. Poor customer service. Stay away from here! Think Claire’s jewelry vs a true jeweler. Cheap and untrained!

The girls working the evening I brought my daughter to buy pointe shoes were very unprofessional and inappropriate. They made comments about my daughter that embarrassed her and made her feel bad. What was supposed to be a fun exciting experience turned out to be super disappointing. I dont even feel confident that her shoes were fit appropriately.

The staff was very professional and very helpful in finding me exactly what I needed. They made it very easy and even though she didnt have one of the sizes I needed in store she was able to call their sister store and I was able to pick it up there. I will definitely visit again!

Went yesterday. No variety, bland selection. Only back. Also there were almost no adult sizing other than small. Wish there was more diversity in size. I would take my small cousins here but as a dance major in college there was nothing for me.

I was in and out nice and quick, because the employee greeted me when I walked in and helped me find everything I needed. I exchanged the shoes the next day for a different size and again received quick and helpful service. Much appreciated!

The worker there was very patient and even let us stay after the time that the store was supposed to close! Very nice place and I highly recommend it if you need any dance wear (obviously).

The sales staff was so helpful! The gal that helped me (I forgot her name), was amazing and so sweet. I needed shoes and bags for my twin 3 year old girls! It was a big job to say the least - but after many boxes of shoes we found just the right fit (two pair of pre-ballet shoes and two pair of toddler tap shoes)! Thank you so much - we will DEFINITELY be using your store for all our future dance wear needs (as Im sure there will be many)!

The Sandy site was amazing, great customer service! We had to go to that one, for the Salt Lake Store didnt have anyone that could size point shoes!

I called to see if they had my daughters ballet shoes in stock and they did. They even gave a discount for mentioning our dance studio.

When we went for our scheduled pointe shoe fitting, the girl who does fittings was working at the other store. They didnt call me to reschedule or just let me know. Very poor customer service.
