Went for the first time as a walk-in, the lady was super nice and did my face all pretty. Was using cheap makeup previously that burned my eyes, but this stuff is the best in Milledgeville!

I went and had my second piercing done here and the girl pierced them crooked. When I went back and told her, she was very apologetic and sincere and told me she would call her boss to see if I could have a refund. The boss, Teressa, said that she couldnt refund me because I approved the dots that were placed on my ear, when where the piercing was was way different than where the dot was. So, Im $40 out and with a crooked piercing. My friend also got her cartlidge done there and was told that if she brought the other earring back, she could get the other ear pierced for about half the amount. When she went back, she said it was going to be another $40, even though she already had the set of earrings. This is literally the most absurd place Ive ever been to and if I could give this place less than one star, I would. Never go here for anything.

Just bought $90 worth of skincare from here and then decided it was not for me because my skin started cracking, bleeding and itching from the dryness (not the intended result). I called them to see if I can get a refund and they said no refunds. Not only did I not get a refund, she tried to persuade me to come into their store so that they could do a treatment on my skin (for a price) and then sell me more product. I am a college student and I do not have the time or money to spend $90 on low quality products and poor customer service.

A very typical Merle Norman studio...usually crowded...recommend making an appt if you are serious about purchasing makeup or skin care items.
