This is absolutely one of the worst buying experiences I have EVER had!!!! I purchased a Silhouette Cameo from this shop on June 17, 2020. It has yet to be shipped! It is now July 9,2020. I have tried every possible way contacting the shop owner. I have sent numerous emails, Facebook messages, I even called the number that is listed on google, and her website. I GOT HUNG UP ON!!!!! I am furious, and currently looking to take legal action.

It was such a breathe of fresh air to find a local and personable craft shop. Le Anne is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of and are knowledgeable about all things craft related!! I took a class from her and ended up staying later than we anticipated...Guess what? Her husband fixed me dinner..HA! Doesnt get any better than that!

Shes always the best! Has the best prices around and if she doesnt have something in stock that you need, she will get it for you! She also has a wealth of knowledge that she is willing to share to make sure you are successful.

Great selection in vinyl and stuff for crafting. Owner is really nice and knowledgeable about all things crafty.

Terrible business to deal with!! I ordered on Sept 30th and paid for RUSH delivery fee $15 which was 1-2 day shipping. States that if that timeframe can’t be met i would be issued a refund. Order finally went out on Oct 4th, wasn’t contacted regarding the delay just told that my order was shipped. When I received the order I was missing $24 worth of the vinyl. Refused to respond to any of my messages. I had to open a dispute with Sezzle to get the $24 back and still out the $15 for the rush shipping that I DIDN’T GET!! No communication regarding anything after the lie about it having gone out on the 2nd. Do not buy from this business

Ordered on a Monday, was told it ships out in 36 hours. It didn’t ship so I sent message and was told it would be shipped Thursday. Never shipped so I messaged back the next week and she told me they had a death in the family so my order would be shipped that day. Understandable. I got my order a few days after but missing a few things. Messaged back and she said she would have it shipped out. That was March 13th it’s April 4th and I haven’t received my missing items from my order.

I purchased Heat Transfer Vinyl, Adhesive Vinyl (651), and a Mystery Box. The selection of colors of HTV and 651 were awesome! The Mystery Box was great, it had both HTV and 651, some sheets were 12x12, others were 12x6, it was a great value for what I paid. I received my order within days of placing my order, shipping was fast! I would definitely order from Kraftyville again!

Ordered a pin pen back on August 16th and havent received it yet. Have emailed her twice with no reply. Will not order from her again. Going to file a claim with Pay Pal.

I placed an order for local pickup. I made several calls to both phone lines along with text messages. I didnt receive a response until the next day. My sister was picking up my order Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Le Anne to confirm with her of it. She advised me that she would meet my sister at the movie theater. I texted and call to let her know that my sister was enroute. No response back until after 8 oclock pm. I was trying to complete a shirt order for a customer. I called and texted Le Anne Sunday around 3 oclock pm. Her business hours are from 2-5 in Sundays. I wanted to make sure she was open before I drove from Macon to Milledgeville. I found someone on Facebook selling vinyl in Warner Robins. I texted Le Anne back after 6 pm asking her to refund me my money back. She finally replied back today March 13, that she refunded my order minus all fees and restocking fee. I dont think I should pay restocking fee. I tried to pick up my order since Thursday, March 8, she refused to answer her business and personal phone along with the text messages I left her. Hire someone to do your job!!!!!!
