My mom purchased an ice cream cake recently in celebratory of my accomplishments. We cut the cake, only to realize the ice cream was butter pecan. The label on the packaging clearly states it consists of vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. I have a severe nut allergy and cannot consume any tree, or ground nuts. As you expect, I could not enjoy the cake. We have had bad experiences with customer service (employees being rude and not being attentive). This doesnt surprise me; however, being one of the few ice cream locations in a small town, I would believe customers would be treated better, and personably.

This store is absolutely a shame. Not only is the A/c not working, only half of the ice cream flavors were available (probably due to a broken ice cream freezer) and the workers there never acknowledged our existence so we ended up leaving.

Good ice cream, not the best customer service at times. The lobby has been closed due to short staff a few times, but the drive thru is open.

Bought a small cake for Mother’s Day.Very disappointed! Cake portion was horribly stale and did not taste fresh at all. Probably had been sitting in the cooler for several months. YUK! Must’ve been way overdue to be thrown out.Should’ve gone to DQ!

The chick who is working Friday may 21st at 730 pm is the rudest employee I have ever met. If you dont want to serve ice cream dont work at an ice cream place

Usually ok, but this location disappointed me today. My kids wanted some ice cream and milkshakes. So, I took them fully expecting to fulfill their request. Well, they were out of several flavors, including Vanilla. Plain Vanilla. Not some off-the-wall flavor, Im talking Vanilla. What kind of ice cream place doesnt have Vanilla! That would be like going to a fried chicken restaurant and being told they were out of fried chicken. And, not to mention the only flavor my kids eat is Vanilla. So, no ice cream today kiddos. Sorry.

The ice cream has was too pricy for me until my daughter showed me to the ice cream sandwich. They have a promotion on $2 gluten free brownies that are delectable! And my son says their donuts are the best!

Great donuts and a great place to have a small meeting. Conference room priced just right.. $10 hour.. cant beat the price nowhere else.

I ordered an icecream cake online for this location. I went to pick it up today and no one had a clue about my order. I showed the employee what it looked like and she tried to find it in the back. She called someone and they told her let us pick out another cake and we didnt have to pay the difference. Without going into a long detailed experience they messed up the cake and once it was given to us it was already melting. I requested my money back. This was for my sons birthday which is today so we came home with no birthday cake!!!

They are always nice and pleasant. Always happy to brew a fresh pot of coffee, if requested. They are just a good, customer service oriented group.

Absolutely horrible service at the Milledgeville location. You are only getting 1 star because there is no ZERO star option. Phoning ahead for an order? Dont bother. It wont be ready.

I love it so much good service and selection of treats if you want coffee, donuts, or ice cream it would be the place to go

Great set of staff very pleasant change. The coffee and donuts are outstanding. Im hoping they have my favorite ice cream baseball nut this summer.

We go to our Dunkin Donuts 3 to 4 times every week just for their excellent coffee and sugar free flavor shots. Always service with a smile!
