A lot has changed at this discount store(blame it on Covid politics). However, customer service at the Milledgeville, GA location has not. We were helped by Anne, who not only worked the furniture section but all other departments when trying to stage & decorate a home. She was patient and gracious. We will visit again soon!

Since when does Big Lots need secret shoppers🤣🤣🤣 I put my one year old in the buggy and opened a bag of cheese puffs so that she could eat while we were in there to keep her occupied and out of nowhere I had this big motherfuker pop up with a glade candle in his hand, no buggy, no basket. Nada. Hr followed me the whole time we was in there, which wasnt really that long because everybody knows Big Lots aint really got too much of nothing anyway. If he wasnt on the same aisle as I was he was at the aisle adjacent to me SAD.

Our visit to Big Lots wasnt a good one. There products was thrown all over the of the shelves. And the products that was hanging up wasnt priced right. They need a management that will work along with there employees to make sure its done right. Not set it the office playing games on there cell phones or talking on em

This store is well organized. I recommend just for this reason alone. Many stores are such a mess. Ours here in Milledgeville, Ga is very nice.

Things are over priced one popit fidget coast about 13 dollars

Most favorable regarding selection.. quality..and service.. restrooms could certainly improve with cleanliness..

I love Big Lots because of all the different things you can find there, prices are much lower on most things than other stores. We looked at the furniture and saw quite a few good prices on pieces we really liked. Might be going back to get them. They had a pretty decent size selection of bedding too, better than Ross and Bealls. The also had some adorable dog clothes.

I love Big Lots been shoping Big Lots for years but the Big Lots in Milledgeville has been a very disappointing to me to the point of my two visits there I left in tears. Very unhappy.

Employees are very helpful, store is clean.

Same pricings at Walmart which have gone up considerably high. The only difference is some of the foreign food which can be found at Aldis, with Aldis being far less expensive.They pay their employees less than Walmart, only part-time, and minimum health insurance for the full-time managers.When will companies learn to pay a living wage? Corporate and district managers need to live off the wages they pay their cashiers.Hell! This goes for all businesses..... pay a living wage and appreciate your employees.

I was looking for living room furniture (trying out your many different options) looking for the most comfort on the most reasonable size for my space in your 2485 N Columbia St Suite 108, Milledgeville, GA 31061 store on 05/15/17. At the time I was at work (ambulance service) on downtime and in my uniform, leaving my ambulance parked on a normal space in your lot. The manager of the furniture department was very helpful and not to bothersome, letting my co worker and I get a feel of the options you have available while still remaining in the area. Minutes after sitting on your faux leather sectional store associate Billy came and asked if we needed help Im a very rude and condisonding manner and asking if we had any questions. We replied that we were just trying to get a feel of the sectional and began discussing pros and cons amongst each other. While having that conversation store associate Billy walked back thru stating very loudly and on a demeaning mamner that we were only transport and that he had already obtained a phone number (posted on the back of my unit). My co worker and I feeling unwanted, a little uncomfortable, and quite upset by Billys actions decide to leave. Upon reaching the front of the store he yells asking of he has the correct name of our company. I replied yes sir and proceeded out of the exit. While getting back in our unit we see Billy staring at us through the front window of the store while talking on his cellphone. I assume he was speaking with the owner of our company. Billy never said anything more directly to us besides asking if we had questions and the name of our service. No one in the store said anything about us sitting on the furniture or the amount of time we spent in the store. There are no signs posted in the furniture section regarding any use or length of time. We were being very respectful to the displays and were not loud in our conversation with each other.If Billy would have came up to me and expressed his distaste for our presence or whatever it was we would have simply left the store. As a paying customer I felt that his actions were unacceptable and completely absurd. I also feel that no respect was shown to my co worker and I today just as humans should exhibit. I am in a complete and utter shock that this happened today. I will not be returning to your store.
