I purchased a JD commercial zero turn mower (Z900 series) from Ag Pro this year. They were extremely competitive on pricing and the purchasing process was extremely easy. Most of it was handled over the phone and they had the mower ready to pick up when I arrived. The sales staff was very friendly. I will definitely do business with Ag Pro again.

Jordan with Ag pro went above and beyond helping us throughout a long process of buying a Stump Grinder.Both Ag - Pro and I had a really bad experience with Currency Finance along the way. And Currency financing basically stopped answering, or taking anyones calls . But Jordan & Justine heped me find another more responsive, responsible, and efficient finance company. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.Thank you Jordan & Justin

If I could give a negative star rating I would!!! The Parts Dept. looked up a part for our Parts Manager. The part was wrong and they refused to take the part back and give us credit. This is a $800.00 part and had never been installed because it was THE WRONG PART......of which they looked up for me. We have sent customers to Ag Pro when we couldnt fulfill their equipment needs. We have given their phone number out numerous times to people that have called us and asked for it. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!! We have seen their true colors and no longer will have any dealings with them!!!

Eric came by my house to service a belt that jumped off the pulley. He was on time, very friendly, and did a great job checking the mower over making sure it was in working order. We have always received friendly and fast service with this dealer. We will continue to use them and I encourage others to as well.

After selling my tractor I was in need of a new one with no luck on marketplace I went to Ag-Pro to see what they had was it planning on buying a new one but after weighing out all the options the pros and cons and the incentives John Deere was having at the time I decided to buy a 2021 3025e.Jordan was very helpful never pushed me to buy anything but all out his way to show me all my options.I have never felt so comfortable in a dealership before.

Wow what can I say about this company. When I say great customer service they are the best really. But this guy Eric Harden get customer service of the month. He is generous, listens to the customer, understanding and has a great heart.He just goes above and beyond to please the customer. He is that guy to go to. Even when he is sick he is still working out for the customer. I would recommend ago pro to everyone to see him to make it happen. Ago Pro is that place to go. Thanks to Mr. Eric Harden👍😁

My fiancé sent me up here to grab some parts for his tractor and I honestly had no idea what I was going in for. When I got there Zach from parts and warranty helped me figure out what I went up there for and all the parts were in stock. Zach got me in and out the door in 30 min! 10/10 highly recommend!

My Troy-Bilt riding mower tore its drive belt this summer. I contacted my local AgPro to replace the belt. I asked to be given a price estimate before they did any work.They were nice enough picking it up, and I appreciated the fact that they do pick up at all, but then several days passed without word from them. When I called, 5 days after pickup, I was told that the new belt had been ordered and that the cost would be around $180-$200. That seemed a little expensive for just replacing a belt, but I didn’t want to argue.Five days later I still had not heard from Ag Pro about my mower. I called but was told the entire repair crew was on lunch and one would call me back. No one ever called me back. It was a Friday.Four days later I called AGAIN and I was told it would be ready the next day.Today, two weeks after pickup, I called and was told the job was done and it would be dropped off today. The final price was almost $400!$400 is an absurd amount for changing a drive belt, and it was double what I was told over the phone.I was told that the reason for the price was it took nearly 3 hours to remove the deck. It should not take 3 hours for an expert to remove a mower deck and replace it.The associate I spoke with has offered to lower the price to $325, but that is still an absurd amount, especially since they had nearly a week to give me a work estimate that ended up being nowhere close to the final price.EDIT: Thank you for your offer. I’ve sent you an email as requested.UPDATE: Four days after I sent an email response with way to make things better, I got a call from the manager. I had told him that I just wanted to be charged what I had been quoted. He lowered the price to the quote of $200, then he added an $80 delivery fee which had been removed before I ever even complained. The total was still $280.

Service dept here is pathetic. Took a month to repair my Gator. Repair was more than the estimate with less work done. Upon return the rear view mirror was broken. I requested an estimate for repairs on my tractor as well. I asked 6 times!!!! over a 4 week period. I finally got another dealer to do the repairs. It took 4 days.......Unorganized, poor follow up ad poor follow through.I wont be back.

Will NEVER use them again in Milledgeville. New blades and oil change took 5 weeks and cost over $550.00 in the end for unnecessary work never asked for. What a scam. Not worth one star. Beware.

They have had my dads John Deere mower for a month now and cannot fix an issue he brought to their attention over a year ago. He owns the mower and paid cash for yearly maintenance and his grass is up to his knees right now. Hes a senior citizen and thats why I am writing this review for him. Buyer beware!!

I had called another John Deere dealer in this same town to get a quote on a part. The lady at the other business was nice, took my name and my phone number, stating that the staff wasswamped and would call me back. I waited over 3 hours, no return call. I called back, and was told the same thing, and when I stated that it looked like I would have to physically go to the place to get waited on, all she said was ok.I called AgPro, they picked up in 3 rings, was very courteous, looked up my part, got my information, gave me a quote all in less than 15 minutes. The really nice man that helped me was named Jessie and said that he was giving Chris my information so when I came in to pay prior to order the information would be there. By the way, they were really busy, too.Looks like I will be dealing with AgPro from now on. If the other place cant return a phone call, I cant offer them my business.Thank you, Jessie!!!!
