Ordered 2 venti Mocha usually very good, not today. It was so weak it tasted like water, ask them to not put the whipped topping on until we got to the window because the line was long and it melts. Well, pick up the order and it taste like water and absolutely no topping whatsoever! It makes me mad when we pay over $10 for 2 cup of coffee. Gotta do better than this, I can’t afford to waste time or money for water as we make a trip once a week to get coffee because it’s so expensive. πŸ₯΅πŸ˜‘🀬

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I don’t know who the manager is but they need to look at and analyze what they offer and what they can’t serve because they don’t have it or it’s broke. This is homepage 4th week in a row that the nitro cold brews home doesn’t work. I’ve had to make adjustments and go all the way to the new one in Raleigh just for a nitro. This is starting to be a little like McDonald’s and there ice cream. Go by there anytime after 8 and the machine is down or broke. It’s more than likely laziness on McDonald’s part but you catch my drift. This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to when it comes to having things in stock

I went there today and this Starbucks location was out of just about everything! Girl at window apologized, but this isn’t the first time that this Millington location has had a severe shortage of their drink menu. β€œSupply and demand” is an issue everywhere, true enough… But I also think it’s a management issue too. This location needs better management, because it’s lacking in the customer service that I normally expect out of a Starbucks. Sorry.Also, I noticed this Starbucks looked closed, the line is usually long in the drive thru. That’s an indication right there that if they don’t improve their service, they won’t be there much longer. Many chain businesses in Millington close down due to the very same issues..

I’m not from Tennessee and I’m here visiting. My visit to this Starbucks yesterday wasn’t what I’m used to at home and other places. I had a big order and the fact that I went through the drive-thru to place the order was not such a good idea in my behalf & I could tell by the looks they gave me, the people that work here absolutely DID NOT like it. They were more so concerned with their drive-thru time as the girl at the window explained. Which I completely understand and ended up going inside for the order. Drinks weren’t made properly maybe bc they were rushing to get the dt line down but I still love Starbucks I just won’t go back to this location, they made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed by making the order for 9 drinks in the dt instead the app or inside. If I didn’t have the app or wasn’t able to get out and go inside I wouldn’t have gotten those drinks probably.

The products are all really good and there is a huge selection. The only downside is it is very expensive. You wont be able to get anything for much less than $5. There is often a very long line as well and it takes a while to get through it because they have to hand make each order. Its a nice place to go in and sit down and get coffee and lunch though and they also have a selection of healthy sandwiches and such.

Alright 3 days I have gotten a coffee and all 3 coffees have been short of well coffee. The first two I got were ventis and just how light it was you could tell it was short without opening it but never the less I opened it and it was easily short 5-8oz your coffee is already expensive but to not make sure that it is actually filled is ridiculous. One of them I guess they tried to hide it with the froth on top. So for the third one I went with a tall surely it would be fully filled but no it too was missing ozs about 3 of them and thr milk was burnt. Seriously what the hell. I go through the drive thru cause I am usually pretty busy and dont have much time. That tall coffee took well over 15 min and mind you, they were not busy I was the only one in the drive thru and only two people were inside. The other two also took a while to make. You would think that with all that time and not being busy they could at least make sure its full first and foremost second make sure the extra shot makes it into it third that they dont burn the milk and that it is made correctly. One of them tasted of pretty much just milk and in these I get an extra shot of expresso, one of the ventis they burnt the milk in. I stop here quite a bit probably almost 4-5 days a week because it is the only coffee shop. 5 out of 10 times its either tastes milky or burnt. A lot of times probably 7 out of 10times I am positive that the extra shot I paid for is not in there. You can tell when it has your extra shot.The only reason I am giving two stars is because the girl the other day made me a perfect Carmel macchiato so if I do decide to ever stop in, it will only be when she is working. I will get her name next time so people will know to go when she is working. Oh but if she is not working I will not be stopping in.With paying so much for a cup of coffee it isnt to much to expect it to be made correctlyOh and 2weeks ago they did not honor a 20% off I had. It said to redeem your next visit the girl at the window said they dont redeem those there that it was not a code they use. I showed her where it said to redeem in stores.As you can see in the pic of the tall burnt coffee that already its not full I stuck my finger in and about another quarter inch below the froth is where you finally get to coffee. So at least 3 ozs from being full if not more

They never ever have what I came intending to order. Not exaggerating, I live 10 minutes from here so I come very often. But I find myself looking for other stores on my route for the day because I’m positive they are out of stock of one or all ingredients for my order. Not to mention you may or may not get what you ordered. A nitro cold brew here is not even close to what you get handed in Bartlett or Germantown. Visited after lunch. Ordered one small on tap and one specialty. Got the specialty in 5 minutes. A few minutes later I asked about the small. I then took a sip of my eggnog latte and it was just like a cup of frothy coffee. I then went backup there and the young man making them said there is no flavoring for the eggnog latte. Worst Starbucks ive ever been at. I travel quite frequently and this by far is the worst!! Emily was rude!! I didnt know a customer wanting extra cream and sugar to their liking was a problem. Thats what people pay for, to drink coffee to their liking...I go in there and tell her exactly this because she tried telling him that what she put in the coffee should be enough now. You never tell a customer that ever!! You also dont tell a grown woman that her man is lying to her about what he asked for and what SHE said to him and that he didnt ask for what he asked for!! I love Starbucks coffee, and I go there to do work a lot, but there are a few things they could all improve on. One is their music is way too loud, even with earplugs.Second is Starbucks does not train their employees how to correctly make coffee. Yes, I mean the most basic function of a coffee shop. When they put coffee grounds in the filter of the machine, theyre really careless about it and get a lot of coffee grounds in the actual coffee, making the whole thing sour and bitter.Another lazy thing they do is when they brew a new batch, they dont wait until its finished before they start serving it. When this happens, the first cup is waaaay overpowered and bitter, whereas the rest is sour and lacking in flavor, caffeine, and boldness.Ultimately, its not the fault of the low wage employees, even though theyre doing it. The blame goes to the regional and store management for just letting it go on and on, not even recognizing it as a problem in the first place.The blame goes to corporate as well for their lack of training in that area. Youd think a coffee company giant that puts such extreme standards of quality in their coffee sourcing, blending, and roasting would naturally implement an extensive (or even basic) training regimen for their batistas at retail to brew coffee the right way every time.For the manager who might be reading this somewhere down the line who thinks Im a really picky customer, and no one else knows the difference - youre the one Im talking to. I used to be a Starbucks partner, and I recognize the problem more intimately than the casual or even dedicated customer does, and Id really like to see it change. I want this criticism to remain constructive, so Im giving four of five stars.

I dont know what is up with this location, but they really need to step up their game. I waited for 30 minutes for a cup of hot chocolate. They are understaffed and the employees do not seem to know what the hell is going on. They only had one person at the bar (she got way behind on drinks), one person at the register, and one person for drive through. One lady had to come in from the drive through because her drink was all kinds of wrong. She still had to wait nearly 15 minutes for them to actually talk to her about it. I left before her drink was actually fixed. The manager doesnt even come out to help his employees if theyre behind, he hides in the back as much as he can. Apparently, my drink was ready before I knew about it. They never called my name or my drink order, so when I noticed a drink sitting on the counter, I went up there to check. It was mine and it had gotten cold. I was also 15 minutes late opening my store because I had to wait for this nonsense. Ive been coming to this location for many years and I have never had this much trouble from it. Get new management and get new employees. Thats all I can say.
