The manager, Brandon, is incredibly helpful. I traded in a Xbox One X and he made the process simple, and to the point while also conversating about upcoming title releases and other subjects. Very friendly and absolutely worth dropping in to purchase any game related products.

How can I not love this store. The managers and workers are always a blast to chat with and so entertaining to just shoot the stuff with. Theyre always knowledgeable about new games for my niche. Really great.

This place is amazing! Ive been having the hardest time finding my son godzilla merchandise for his birthday. They went out of their way to find some toys, over 60 miles away, and have them ordered to this store. The merchandise was even sold out online,but they found the whole set. Thank you so much for your help!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was an easy sale because I walked in there pretty much knowing I was going to get my kids a system. I normally wouldnt buy used electronics but I was able to add a year warranty for not.much more $$

Took my money in Dec for a game on pre-order. Game never came out and they said they wont give me my money back just a gift card. I would be very carefull doing business with this store.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I felt like I was welcome rather then feeling like I was just another customer. Bought three games. One of which the lady made seem very interesting and Im excited to play as I had not heard of it.

If I want it, they have it if they dont have it, they can get it. they go out of their way to make you feel actually like a customer and not just some bloke off the street. Most of their inventory is actually decently priced and affordable, and there was always running some kind of a deal. I would highly recommend this place if youre looking for any type of video game merchandise of any kind. I dont like big corporations, but these guys run this particular store blankets not only privately owned but theyre actually running the place like they actually want to work. They dont treat you like youre a bug or like youre irritating them. They take the time to answer your questions and treat you like you would normally treat family.

Friendly staff, even though it was busy when I went in. There was a bit of a wait, but no more than would be expected or reasonable. Staff is knowledgeable and the store has always been clean when Ive visited. If you go on a busy night, prepare to park a little ways off, as parking around the store is extremely limited.

The Xbox 360 I bought for a Santa gift doesnt work and one of the games looks like a dog chewed on it.Seriously disappointed that products arent tested before being sold. The only thing saving this review is the costumer service. Hopefully itll still be good when I ask for an exchange.

They make eye contact as they greet each customer when they come in the store. There are good deals, and if you have any questions about the games that they sell, the staff always seems to be excited about explaining the games. Especially new ones.

Ive been going to this store for years. Ive seen a lot of faces come and go, but the current manager is by far the best. The customer service is 10/10. Ive never had a single problem from any of the staff. They remember their regular customers and always make sure you are in and out in a timely manner.

Ever since EB games bought GameStop the prices are higher then anywhere else. You can literally buy a brand new game at Walmart for the same or less then GameStop used prices. I used to frequently buy my games at GS until EB ruined it. I just cant see paying more for a used game that I can buy new at wallyworld. Pay attention to the prices you are paying. They jack up prices.

I bought Agents of Mayhem 3 weeks ago from this store for $59. Terrible game, that was my fault. Tried to get at least half credit and return or trade the game for something else. The employee informed me that last week the price dropped to $45 and he would only be able to give me a $10 trade in or $8 store credit because of Corporate. Please explain how a $59 game in pristeen condition equates to a $10 trade in value??? I have been a loyal Game stop customer for a long time but this is ridiculous.

The guys in here are really friendly and are pretty honest on game suggestions after they get to know your tastes in games. Only drawback is the turnover rate of employees is high and I have to learn new names each time I visit again!

Its gamestop. Expensive, and u barely get anything for basically new games. But its still AMAZING!

Most of the games are still there for anyones choosing. Me I play just about any fighting game, but DBZ fighting games are my favorite. Ive always stayed tuned into Dbz. So tite man.

Alright so i wanted to trade a game back to gamestop witch was black ops 3 and they would give me a dollar for it and then sell it for $14.99 yooooo thats a rip off I aint fixing to give my game for a dollar then have them sell it for 15 bucks they should at least give me $10 for it BUT the employs are nice people so is the only reason you are getting aany stars gamestop!!!!!!

Chris Meir, store manager of the Millington GameStop location, made me a true believer of GameStop. I had just purchased a brand new XBOX ONE S and within the first 20 days of having it, the power source failed on me. I came in in panic mode due to me not purchasing the warranty from the initial purchase. Chris saw how passionate that I was over my purchase. No I didnt want my money back. No I didnt come in screaming and cursing. I came to him and he defined the true definition of empathy and allowed me to get a product, and he went over and beyond to ensure that I remain a customer. Customer service is something that is so frowned upon, and he also used this same situation as a learning experience for one of his store crew members as well. Speaking about exponential growth and leadership. Thank you GameStop for putting someone in the position to impact and enrich the customers lives.
