Liars are liars and also cheaters. I do not need to get cheated over a dumb computer. I suggest just going to the next Google listing instead of GEM Enterprises.

BEWARE! I am not Computer Savvy so GEM Made Sure to Exploit Me!I brought in a high-end laptop which would not turn on. I was told some parts needed to be replaced. I was quoted $120 for the repair. My final bill was nearly $400 when I never asked for another thing nor was I notified. Bringing your computer here is like bringing your car to an untrustworthy mechanic. UPDATE - See the type of person this is? He will not even take responsibility for what he did. SHAME

I am not the best with computers and often get viruses. Most of the time I would just live with a crappy computer until I found out about GEM enterprises. They were able to fix my computer and got it running like new. Since then I have bought computers for my friends and family and they have all worked great. Their customer service is also very good with a very knowledgeable staff.

Owner of this place definitely has some questionable customer service skills.. left because of attitude.

I met Gary the owner, through working on his car about 10 years ago. he was a stand up guy back then, and he has only gotten better. i have over the years, bought computers, for my mother, for my gaming, general usage, and even my work computer all from him, and never had a single problem, with his products, or service. he has even personally delivered computers to me at my shop. i have also purchased 2 security camera systems from him. prices, service, and most importantly, customer service are top of the line. it would be nearly impossible to beat Garys service.

Ive been doing business with Gary since he started out in a two bedroom apartment, about 15 years ago or more. (Windows 95 time) Over the years, I have purchased numerous machines for me, my family members, my business, and as gifts. I purchased both laptops and desktops.Throughout my dealings with GEM, I had one system with a mother board failure which took out the hard drive. This happened under manufacture warranty. Gary picked up the machine, diagnosed it repaired it, and salvaged my files for free. I had to organize my information, but havent found anything missing.GEM is my place for my computer needs and have highly recommended them in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

Scammers - dont buy from them. Sold me defective parts. They do not do their due diligence before selling customers computers that have obvious defects in them.
