I DO AGREE SHE NEEDS TO MAYBE FIND ANOTHER LINE IF WORK BUT ALSO SINCE THE PANDEMIC HEALTH PROVIDERS ARE UNDER PRESSURE STILL NO NEED TO BE RUDE.AS FOR NOT KNOWING YHE PRODUCTS I DISAGREE I WAS SHOWN HOW TO USE RVERYTHING. AND LEARNED ALOT. I WAS GIVEN WRONG PRICE N INFO. SO I TURNT TO JACK HES THE BEST. HE PUT MY WHEEL CHAIR TOGETHER FOR ME N I WAS TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING. HE UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS N WAS CARING WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD OCD HE UNDERSTOOD. I CAN TELL YOU THE EQUIPMENT IN THE MILLVILLE STORE IS CLEAN N NICE I BOUGHT 3 MAJOR ITEMS N WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND ASK FOR JACK HES THE BEST.

Awesome 5 stars! The new elevated bed is awesome! The man that delivered it was awesome! The office was perfect! Everyone knew exactly All the information I needed and they went above and beyond to explain the information I did not know! Everyone was kind, informational, and compassionate toward my father’s medical needs. I am so thankful for such excellent service. For the first time in 4 months my father can sleep without labored breathing because the head of the bed is up to assist his medical condition. I heard the most wonderful words I have ever heard tonight as he said, “It is so comfortable!”If you have a person you love dearly, and they can not breathe at night, this is the most awesome solution for providing relief! I am also thankful that his doctor suggested this remedy! Thank you Bowmen medical for the work you do as liaisons between companies and patients!

Extremely rude and non-empathetic female working at the desk when I went in to try to get a wheelchair for my disabled mother. Use your money elsewhere.

Went in with a buddy of mine to pick up plastic tube looked around at other stuff and was asked a dozen times what we were looking for. Finally we said plastic tubing for a film production and was told we were in the wrong place. Then was told that the stuff we were looking at for efx wasnt going to be used for anything else but medical. Very unprofessional, rude ignorant smoking while in there. Especially around medical equipment. Felt like i was being interrogated for a crime. Will NOT return

My husband and I went there for the first time when he received a CPAP machine. Staff was efficient and friendly. Alan was patient and thorough showing us how to use the machine. They even took us earlier than our appt. time.

The Millville office is very unorganized. No one knows where anything is as far as CPap products. Masks are piled up and in no order. People do not even know anything about products they sell. They are only phone answerers with NO/ LOUSY customer service skills.

Went to get oriented on my new CPAP machine. Catherine, Rebecca and the rest of the staff are courteous and pleasant to deal with. Alan Bowman (VP, Director and Respiratory Therapist) treated me with the utmost in respect and professionalism. I was very comfortable talking to him. He was personable and very knowledgeable while explaining every aspect of the use of my CPAP. His 30+ years of experience is apparent He made sure I didnt have any questions and assured me that if later I did, I could call anytime. I support local businesses and he and his staff make that easy to do! I highly recommend going there for all of your home medical needs.

Limited. Never have what im looking for. They just dont carry enough supplies.

In my experience, they lack compassion and customers service is lousy!
