Drove 2 hours to the place after calling and talking to someone.... we get there and there is a sign saying closed for a month.... online says open and they didnt mention they were closed for a MONTH. When we got there we called again. We said we are sitting in the parking lot and then it was brought up they were closes.

On December 7th 2019 I was online searching for furniture. I came across a gorgeous sofa & chair at Harvest Moon. The listing price was fifty dollars. I often independently reach out to local homeless folks in downtown Burlington. I often feed them, and offer whatever I can . One woman age 65 whom lives in freezing Vermont temperatures 24/7 for decades, has recently accepted housing. As such this strong, independent woman was in need of all household furnishings. I met Jane the owner, her husband Paul was out at the time of pick up. My son was loading the truck, and briefly Jane and I spoke about where the couch and chair were going. Jane immediately inquired on what else this elderly lady may need. I explained she had nothing. In a glance Jane donated, two living room stands, clothes, dresser, dishes, bedding, a queen bed, table, chairs, a Christmas tree, & and a Christmas wreath. All of which will complete my friends home. For the first time in decades Terri will have a warm bed, a table of her own, everything she needs to live out the rest of her days, however long that may be. Jane thank you, and Paul for your overwhelming generosity, love, support, and kindness in support of Terri. This is the best place for antiques and flea market finds. During the winter I recommend you dress warmly as there is no heat. It was colder inside the building then it was outside. I managed to pick up several items so I suppose the cold was worth it. The owner is planning on changing it into a flea market this spring. Looking forward to going again
