Terrible..I would say poor service. But actually no service it what happened ..dont waste your time..no one has an answer and they could not be bothered to even transfer the call to someone to answer the phone

Small, limited inventory, in need of a renovation makeover and always appears to be understaffed. I often go to Walgreens in Quincy up the road to find what I need. Wish they would redo this location and make it better given its prime milton location next to the fruit center.

On hold for 30 minutes before I gave up.

Hours are bad. Line always long. Understaffed - not their fault.

I pick up prescription medicine from there. I also get a gallon of water there. Sometimes I will get gift cards to certain places there

One of the worst CVS branches I have ever dealt with...the staff there dont even bother themselves to smile to their customers....they call and confirm prescription availability for pickup but this doesnt mean that you will find it ready or even available! One time they confirmed picking up within an hour from my call, my husband went the next day to pick it up, waited for half an hour with no hope and left with nothing! Then they called to say that they dont have the full prescription!

Consistently 20-30 minutes wait if you try and call. We only stay with CVS because Samantha at the pharmacy is so helpful, BUT this store REALLY needs to hire more staff!There is always really long waits and hard to check to see if they have what we need and we worry there could be a mix up because their staff is so rushed and overworked.

The reason why I rated four stars because for the Cashier employer he was very helpful he help me find the items I needed but this store doesnt even carry rice milk In this CVS location in quincy. the store was also clean. I will definitely recommend my family to shop here and I will come back to this cvs location.

Its CVS so you dont get top notch people working there. Sorry its just been that way for a very long time. The people seem to just show up and not care about their job. I guess I wouldnt if I was paid minimum wage. I guess this review is more a review of CVS as a corporation. Maybe its time to pay more to the low person on the ladder. Maybe the door would stop revolving and you would have people actually show up happy to work? I dont know Im not a CEO. I have no idea how these things work.
