They are very huge, Organized, and friendly. The yard and office staff is quick to help and answer questions. They are not hourly workers, they are professionals all around.

Great advice from Kevin regarding lawn maintenance and problem solving. The A Thomas crew put sod in our side yard and did an outstanding professional job. May Kevin and Michelle have a Blessed and Fulfilling Marriage. May they find joy and surprises in the dance of married life.

I thought they had a wonderful selection and helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. However, we bought 4 trees from them last spring and one didnt make it through the winter. Most places will stand by their products, at least for a year, but they maintain that since they didnt install them, its not their problem. I told them that I dont remember being told that when we bought them and opted to self-install, and she was simply positive that we had been. The woman was also very rude and defensive during the conversation. Would not recommend purchasing from a place that wont stand by their product.

I purchased 14 hydrangeas last fall, and 4 have not shown any life, although it is the first day of June 2017. I called, as I believed plant stock was guaranteed, however I was surprised to learn that stock is guaranteed only if they install. I am a seasoned gardner capable of planting any type of plant and was disappointed. Today, I received a most welcome telephone call, and they are willing to work with me toward a resolution. I think this is more than fair, as it is stated on the sales slip that stock is guaranteed only if installed by them - something to be considered in New England. The nursery is beautiful at A Thomas with many choices, and they are principled and fair - even better! They have a loyal customer in me :-)
