This company services our association, they had their struggles a few years back but seem to have responded to feedback and this winter they have taken good care of us. Appreciate having year round support.

Typically I avoid writing reviews but this was a special circumstance. The owner, John, got his plow truck stuck in the middle of a 20” snow storm late that night. Not a big deal, things happen. This was around 9:30ish PM When the vehicle was first observed, stuck (or broken down) and left abandoned. Now where this plow truck is stuck in the parking lot means I’m completely blocked in until it’s moved (it’s a tight parking lot). To make a long story short, the next day I called three times, and left two voicemails. And John has ignored those calls. It’s now 12:40 in the afternoon and the truck is still there blocking the way. I was supposed to be at work at 9am. I finally had the pleasure of speaking with John over the phone who claims he called a tow truck company the night the truck got stuck, and they mysteriously never showed up! But John has no idea why and judging by his tone, he doesn’t care either. John tries to gloss over the fact he ignored 3 calls and two messages, while also taking his sweet time to get a tow from tow truck company number two. It’s unfortunate John doesn’t care that other people are trying to get to work and make a living. And it’s also unfortunate he feels the need to hang up on someone in the middle of a call. But by all means people, hire John!

Do yourself a favor and dont hire this company.
