I really love this place. Ive taken the same bike there over the last 6 years, and theyve always done a great job. I really appreciate the time they take to go over my bike with me to discuss what they think should be done. They arent pushy about parts or things you dont need. I have also always been pleasantly surprised with how economical their prices are.

The technician was prompt and helpful. He walked me through the process and potential costs. I didnt get the impression that I was being swindled. He seemed to be doing what needed to be done without trying to sell me unnecessary extras.

Visited needing just an inner tube but was so delighted by the knowledge and kindness of the staff I left with a new preferred bike shop! Very excited to have found this gem.

Got a great used Trek bike for my college aged son. The bike, lock and installed front rack cost me less than $350. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This is a great local place and way to support the neighborhood!

Ive been through a lot of frustration trying to find a bicycle helmet that fits my unusually large head online. I finally decided to try going to a bike shop, and checked out Truly Spoken Cycles. I am so glad that I did. The staff member that helped me out was very friendly and helpful. Im grateful that places like this are still an option.

This is a top notch shop. They are friendly and personable but get the job done. They always explore multiple options with regard to service.

Cant say enough about these guys. They knew their stuff and theyre honest. Ill never take my bike or buy another from anyone else. Wheel & Sprocket said to junk my bike with an estimate of $300 to repair. Truly Spoken did it for $175 an change.

The employees and owner were super helpful in giving me advise as to what should and can be done to make my bike winter proof. They were very knowledgeable and eager to discuss the possibilities of what could be done with my old fart of a bike. Reasonable pricing too. It feels good to support a local, small time bike shop!! Awesome bike shop with a great selection of new and used bikes, and a great service department. Good selection of tools for DIYers. Had a project bike that I needed lots of little parts for, and every time they would drop what they were doing and take the time to find what I needed, even if it was a $0.50 part. Great local shop, highly recommended!

I bought my first bike here after taking a girls bike night I think they call it. Was free to learn about bike repairs n such and after taking it I bought a used bike that works like new! Anytime I have a question, they help me out without making me feel dumb and they will always assist you! Always a help! Always a good deal! Very happy with them!

The price was reasonable and upgrading it was quick and with a 20% discount on parts very affordable. You can trust the staff will bend over backwards to see you are pleased with your purchase.

I live in RiverWest and always make sure to support Truly Spoken. The people working there are extremely helpful and always know what they are doing. Ive never had a problem with any of the work that theyve done on my bike. I was in an out in just a few minutes today with a flat tire; I was helped immediately upon entering the shop today.
